Recently travel to visit northern Florida and visited this location. I tried the Tuscan Toffee, and it was an easy win.
I asked the staff whether I should get it hot or iced, and they were honest and confident in their recommendation. They shared that Ellianos truly specializes in cold coffees (looks like it based off menus), but since it was about 40 degrees outside, they strongly suggested getting it hot. I trusted their call—and I’m really glad I did.
The hot Tuscan Toffee was smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced. Not overly sweet, not bitter—just a warm, comforting coffee with great flavor depth. You can tell Ellianos puts thought into both their drinks and their customer experience.
Great warm coffee if you’re hiking over at the springs.

Me and my boyfriend were craving coffees from Ellianos badly this morning so I volunteered to grab us some. In my rush I messed up his coffee order and naturally realized as I was pulling out so I turned around and got back in line. I was fully prepared to reorder the coffee correctly and pay for another one. Gavin kindly took my order, apologized when he didn’t have to, and made my coffee for me free of charge. Not only that, but he gave me a card for a free coffee making sure I was coming back to see them again. Gavin you truly made my Saturday morning and I’m so grateful that you showed so much kindness! I’ve been to this location since 2020. Ever since ownership changed, it’s gone downhill. I used to go 5 times a week, now I go every once in a while. My favorite drink is now double the price and it isn’t even good. It taste different almost every time and I end up tossing it most of the time. I always tip and when I do ask for a remake, they’re not rude but I feel like they purposely still don’t make it right. Not worth the big bill. Litteraly any one of the surrounding gas stations is a better gamble and you don’t have to wait 20-30 minutes in line at a gas station.

Got to the window and was greeted by such a sweet girl named Gracie. Got my regular turkey/bacon/ranch and my ocean mist edge iced and Gracie recommended to try it frozen and what a difference, going to get it that way from now on. Highly recommend this place! Great service and good food!

Ellianos has become my fave coffee shop! Not only was the coffee great, the service was fantastic as well. Brooke and Taryn were so helpful and hospitable, and the sugar free caffe dolce latte was incredible.
