Love the coffee, it’s always on point and the girls are all great, however the food lately hasn’t been up to its usual standards. My bagels have been severely overcooked (burnt) and this morning my bagel and side of bacon were both burnt to the point of being hard. The bacon taste like pork rings and the bagel tasted charred. Hopefully something in that department can improve because I really do love this place !

I usually have really good experience at Ellianos, but the last time I went, they messed up the same drink three different times, I just gave up the last time and took it as a loss. The workers I spoke to were nice and didn’t give me any problems remaking the drink, they just kept making it wrong.

New girl today kinda dropped the ball ngl. She didnt take our full order bc she kept shutting the window so i had to wait longer and order again. I usually love this place but like its kinda rude to close the window mid order. The muffin was not great and my coffee tastes like water its a freezer so why is it so watered down and not sweet??
