I came with my friend on a Saturday night and the service was exceptional! Ben was brilliant, he was so friendly, attentive and provided his recommendations. This restaurant took me back to Thailand when I visited last year and it was just delicious and so authentic! We had the chili pork belly which was honestly so delicious and succulent! We had the chicken Thai red curry which was also sooo flavoursome and packed with veggies and chicken. We got the duck pancakes as a starter and it was a great portion size and again, delicious!! Thank you so much, will definitely be returning! About £50 for the two of us, two mains and a starter and including service charge 🙂

We came the other day and our favourite waiter Ben served us! He was very kind to recommend a new dish in the menu which was crab cakes which were absolutely delicious we will 100% order them again next time we come. Ben is Thai and always gives us the best table and the best service . We come to the restaurant because we know the owner Elle and because the chef is excellent and Ben gives us great service !! Can’t wait to come back again soon. Thanks everyone 5 stars

This was the first and last time I’ll be ordering food from Elles Kitchen unfortunately.Very disappointing. I ordered our food at 18:15 for delivery at 19:00. I got an email a few minutes later confirming the order had been received and a messaged saying it would be 20 minutes late. I waited until 19:40, giving them the benefit of the doubt, but thought I’d better check up on our order as it was 40 mins late already . After calling for 10 minutes I finally got through and was told they had sent an email to say the food was going to be 20 mins late. I said that “yes I got the email and that the food is now 50 minutes late which is why I’m calling” . They then told me it would be another 20 minutes and would arrive around 20:10 and at that point I decided to cancel the order and get a refund. The time kept changing and I felt that they were just lying to me and trying to string me along, it was getting late and I had a family to feed. After I said I wanted a refund the story suddenly changed and they said the food was ready but it would still be another 20 mins late. I’d had enough of this by now and just wanted to get my money back and get on with cooking a meal for my family before it got too late. I still don’t have the refund and they have told me they will have to call me back tomorrow which I think is quite odd. Maybe it’s ok if you go into the restaurant but the takeaway service is awful. It wouldn’t have been so bad if they had been honest in the first place but now the family have no dinner and I’m down £67 with no idea of when I will get my refund. Guys if you are running an hour late please don’t take the orders or just tell people the truth.

I had such a wonderful experience dining here! The appetisers were absolutely delicious – the chicken satay was perfectly grilled with a rich, flavorful peanut sauce, and the sweetcorn cakes were crispy on the outside yet soft and full of flavor inside. Both dishes were packed with taste and beautifully presented. The portions were just right for sharing, making it a great start to the meal.
The staff were friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was welcoming and cozy. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more dishes – highly recommend!

I come here occasionally for lunch and this place is it. The ambience brings you to Asia and the customer service is amazing. Ben is an asset to this place, he is always smiling and very helpful. The food is great and good value for money. I recommend trying there Thai tea as a drink!

I had the pleasure of dining at Elle’s Kitchen today and was thoroughly impressed. The Papaya salad was incredibly flavorful and spicy, just the way I like it! The staff were friendly , and the atmosphere was lovely.
