Visiting from Las Vegas and my sister dragged me here, kicking and screaming for the most delicious asiago bagel with chives and onion cream cheese! The staff… who were all dressed for Halloween as a farmer and his animals was a sight to see. Staff was professional and friendly. As the Terminator said, “I’ll be back!”

What can I say other than delicious. These are hands down the best bagels you can get in Crystal Lake area. The French toast bagel is heavenly with a nice cinnamon maple flavor that pairs perfectly with the plain cream cheese. Don’t even get me started on the Cinnamon Raisin or Jalapeño Cheddar. The texture is absolutely wonderful with soft interior with a nice slight chew. A small warning though the everything is on the salty side.

It was my first time here. Was in the mood for a breakfast bagel. The girl at the cashier (Keyla) was super helpful. Went through all the options with me, I didn’t feel rushed at all. She suggested the bagel with all the works and she even suggested to add it to the jalapeno and cheese bagel. WOW!! She even convinced me to get their raw honey. P.s.this bagel has changed my life!

First time customer also bagels are so so I had better bagels anyways that’s not the point , as a customer it’s my right to ask which bagels are hot , so you know the cashier answered nicely and got me bagels that are nice and hot , seconds later an obnoxious man came out of nowhere and tell me all their bagels are fresh and he literally just made them so I said with a big smile” cool and thank you “ then this rude guy said to me “ you don’t like what I just said “ I was confused I’m like what do you mean ? Is he saying I don’t believe what he just said to me that the bagels are fresh? Dude I don’t know you so don’t joke at me . I was genuinely saying thank you . You don’t speak to your customers like that especially first time customers, that just rude . If you had a bad night or day don’t take it out on customers. So there I will put 0 star if I could . Shame !

This place is incredible! The bagels are fresh and chewy, and the breakfast sandwiches are delicious. The bacon is actual, real, bacon, not the frozen oil sticks other places call bacon. If you need a place to go for a breakfast sandwich, do yourself a favor and go here – you will not be disappointed!

Waited 25 minutes to get my sandwiches and they gave it to me cold. I had to remind them to give me the food and the lady went in the back and magically produced my bag that was waiting. It doesn’t matter how good the bagels are, they aren’t waiting 30 minutes to get cold food good.

Oh my God this bagel shop is absolutely adorable. The bagels are outstanding in texture and flavor, the strawberry cream cheese is so soft and flavorful, and the bagel sandwiches are just outstanding. Definitely so much better than Einstein bagels and they give you more for the price too. Highly recommend!
