Coming here was purely by chance as I was driving through and needed something to eat. I came at an off hour so had my pick of tables outside on the porch and got to speak to the server about recommendations. Well, I am so glad I did because the cheese curds in the homemade gravy and the chicken and waffles were out of this world. I had to force myself to eat the last couple of bites because I was so stuffed, but the tastes were so good (especially the maple mayo) that I could not let anything go to waste. The service was fantastic, the food was wonderful, and the view was perfect. I absolutely will be back here should I be passing through again.

What you get in atmosphere it lacks in service, at least for breakfast. Stale biscuits in a tasteless gravy. Bacon was good, and over easy eggs were good too. Toast had grease. The omelet was fair. One water had a bug in it. I’ve never eaten anywhere where I left feeling nauseous. Will not return. Definitely a local establishment for locals.

Was here for the 2019 Easter Buffet and not disappointed at all. For $18 (plus tax + tip) I had unlimited prime ribs, sausage, turkey, ham, bacon, omellet, green beans+almonds, mac&cheese, mashed turnip, clam chowder, desserts …. Friendly staff, good ambiance.

Delicious! We ordered the ribeye and scallops over risotto… Moscow mules were great and dessert was decedent. The wait staff were friendly and prompt with all of our requests. Will definitely return!

Enjoyed the food and atmosphere (lovely view). Our server Maddy was working really hard, as she had responsibility for the entire restraunt, e.g. over five tables with about 30 diners. Some people were upset due to the wait and extremely obnoxious . We enjoyed our evening and will come back.

Very nice location…too bad their food is sub par. Sunday brunch is very nice, I’ve tried several of the items offered and was never disappointed. However, Sunday afternoon is another story (perhaps they change chefs after the brunch). 2pm we were the only table. The chicken & biscuits was palatable, but the “Ella’s Burger” was complete garbage. Small frozen patty that was rubbery after probably being microwaved and the bun was completely inedible. Pointed it out to the waitress who said “gee I guess it was over toasted”. Love the location, want to give Jim business, but won’t be back for quite a while.

This is such a beautiful place! Inside and out! The staff definitely wants you to have a great experience from walking in the door! Even the chef was out to be sure we were being taken care of with only one waitress on duty she was amazing! And the pasta bar lady was awesome and food was delicious we will definitely be back!

Meals have been all over the place. We had great meals and blah meals. This time blah with overcooked meat, there was an event this weekend and I think the staff was just over stretched. Really nice staff just too much for too few people.
