Our culinary team, in partnership with Maestro Pizzaiolo Leo Spizzirri, proudly presents their new signature pizza, born from a quest for exceptional quality and an amalgamation of Italian pizza traditions. Drawing inspiration from two iconic Italian styles – Tuscany’s Schiacciata bread and Rome’s Pizza in Teglia – the result is a crust that marries the best of both worlds. This artisanal dough undergoes a meticulous two-day fermentation process, resulting in a remarkable lightness and a distinctive, slightly sweet, nutty flavor.

This was the first place we decided to try in the area, and OMG! it completely surprised us!!
For the appetizer, we followed our server Lucy’s recommendation: Tuscan shrimp with eggplant, and wow, it was amazing. Honestly, just that dish alone deserves a Michelin star and believe me, I’m not exaggerating!
Next, we ordered the Farmhouse pie, which was also great, especially the crispy cheese crust… For dessert, we got cheesecake. It was the perfect way to end the night.
Lucy was incredibly nice and friendly one of the best servers I’ve ever met. She explained everything with such a positive attitude and made wonderful recommendations.

Visited Ela’s restaurant in Western Springs over the weekend. On Sunday they have a half off pizza special. Highly recommend the pizza. It is a thicker dough, but it is absolutely delicious. We also enjoyed the calamari which was just as good. Service from Rebecca was exceptional and overall good experience.

One of my favorite places the pizza and pasta are 10/10 we came in October and some of the proceeds went towards a breast cancer foundation which was extra special for us. We also had the pink drinks and our waitress was so great!

I went here for lunch around 2–3 p.m. and asked to sit outside. Unfortunately, after seating us, the staff forgot about our table, and we had to remind them after 15 minutes. Once served, we ordered zucchini fries, which were disappointing—they were thin like spaghetti, with no zucchini flavor, just a generic fried taste. The salmon with risotto was much better, though the portion of salmon felt small for the price. Overall, some positives with the main dish, but the service and appetizer left a lot to be desired.

Stopped in on Christmas Eve with a good friend of mine for the first time. The food was delicious. I had the pasta Bolognese & this tasty cheesecake. I forgot the server’s name but she was really sweet and hospitable.

There is a beautiful wine corner as well.
Our waitress was so nice, pleasant,and gave us a lot of great recommendations.
Drinks were amazing. Probably the first place where drinks don’t taste sweet and has a nice kit to them.
Appetizers were very unique. I don’t think I ever tried any of them before. Pizza was super crunchy. My mouth is watering just typing about it hehe

My best friend recommended Ellas’s and it was amazing! Definitely going back soon! The ambiance is soft and cozy. Every staff member I related with was friendly and went out of their way to make me comfortable with my requests. The food was amazing!! Very well done and stylishly served. This place was amazing!!! Our server Jess was awesome from the time we sat down to the time we checked out. The pizzas and calamari we got were all deliciously delightful. The Mediterranean fizz was a super cocktail and the Blind Corner IPA was so great. And then we get the bill and saw how reasonably priced everything was. Will be back 1000 times!!!

Went for the first time on a Thursday night for dinner and it was surprisingly busy…for good reason! Our waitress Lucy was extremely nice and gave amazing and honest tips about the menu. The limoncello and lavender spritz, arancini, and a pizzas (we got simple tomato and Nonna’s Sunday) are !both great! The highlight is definitely the pizza crust. The Rome-style pizza was cooked perfectly. The crust was crispy on the outside and insanely light and fluffy. We also got persuaded into getting the chocolate tartufo cake for dessert, which was perfectly chocolaty. Will be back FOR SURE for half price pizzas on Sundays!
