Went on a Sunday, around evening time and it wasn’t packed at all. There were about 6-7 people sitting at the bar, watching the game, and 2 small parties that were finishing up. I’m not sure how many televisions in the bar area they had with the game on, but from where I was sitting in the dining area, I had a perfect view of the game that was on one of the televisions at the bar. They also have a fireplace that’s positioned in the middle of the dining area, so you’re able to enjoy it from either side. It’s a gas fireplace but I thought it was a nice, cozy touch that made the atmosphere inviting and warm, LITERALLY! LoL. And it was freezing outside that day so I definitely appreciate that they had that thing going. But what I was most impressed with was that the waitress remembered us from the last time we were there, which was a little over a month ago. When she came up to the table to introduce herself, she asked my daughter how her Christmas performance at school went (a topic that my daughter talked nonstop about when we dined in a month ago). The fact that she remembered us and the small detail about my daughter, made me and my daughter feel special. ❤️

The restaurant has an inviting atmosphere but pulls the ultimate bait and switch. The owner is unfriendly, the food is inauthentic and substandard. Like the bread for instance tasted like it had been sitting out a week. And the piccata looked like I’d be the second one eating it. Osteria is a significant step up, the same price, and a mile away from this location. I highly recommend diverging and switching to Osteria. No wonder after 38 years this business a depressed broken faction of what it used to be. I’d like to mention one bright spot. If you’re starving and have decided dying is less painful than eating here, the waitress with the red hair is poised, friendly, and kind.

The only place in Greensboro to get your Italian food (or an incredible burger). Great family who runs it and they never disappoint. Got the managers special tonight, incredible!

Delightful dinner at Elizabeth’s with Tabitha serving. It is always a pleasure at all of their locations and this was my first visit to this Lawndale Drive location. Despite it being late night dinner the food and service were on point. I will name our dishes later but know it was all delicious.

Elizabeth’s Pizza is a gem! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff treats you like family from the moment you walk in. I ordered the eggplant parmesan, and it was absolutely perfect—crispy, flavorful, and you tell the sauce is homemade. The service was excellent, and the entire experience felt like a home-cooked meal in the best way. Can’t wait to come back—five stars all the way!

What a great restaurant! They seated us quickly near the cozy fireplace and the service was exceptional. The bruschetta was superb. The cheese steak was huge (get the extra meat you won’t regret it) and The wood-fired margarita pizza was cooked to perfection. I wished we lived closer so we could visit more often.

A Greensboro staple, however as of late it is a very mid if not blah experience. If I am gonna punish myself and order something that disagrees with my digestive system like a fettuccine Alfredo would. I at least want it to taste good and enjoy it, that way when I am on the toilet later in insufferable agony I have no regrets. This is not that pasta. The noodles were soft and near disintegrating into the flavorless Alfredo and semi rubbered Chicken. Only after I seasoned it did it have a bite of flavor that made it semi edible.

Please do not even get me started on the Bruschetta, who in god’s name thought it was a good idea to throw a slice of cheese over something so simple, yet so elegant as Brushetta. Throw some shredded Parmesan or Romano or maybe even Fontina, you didn’t have to do those tomatoes dirty like that. I would have preferred the toast to be a little toastier as well, instead of flipped one or twice on the grill.. definitely not worth $13.00.

Again I think this place remains a staple out of the connivence and nostalgia.. good in a pinch, but not for your buck, this is for the Lawndale location.

Took my great niece & nephew to Elizabeth Pizza. This was my 1st time eating at an Elizabeth Pizza. Will ONLY go back if my great niece & nephew want to go… i will go back on my own accord.

Service: the waitress was good.

Cleanliness: clean

Food: I ordered salad with salmon. The salmon was a little overcooked for me and had No Seasoning at all. No salt or pepper… nothing. Very bland. At the bare minimum salmon should have salt & pepper. The portion size was great. Because it was overcooked, i couldn’t eat it all.

Great nephew order from childrens menu: 1 slice cheese pizza & cheese fries. I believe it was assumed the cheese fries would be a form of cheese sauce instead of shredded mozzarella cheese that was then melted. He didnt like the cheese fries. The cheese pizza, he only took 1 bite. He said it didn’t taste good. 5 yr old.

Great neice ordered from children’s menu: we paid an upcharge for fettuccine in Alfredo sauce. She ate as much as she could for a 3 yr old.

Limoncello Cake: the sponge of the cake was denser then i expected for
limoncello cake. Also, didnt taste like limoncello … the sponge didnt have a citrus flavor or sweetness. In this verson, mascarpone was used for the frosting and layered cream. The taste was not pleasant. However, my great nephew did eat some of it. The serving size was extremely small which in the case was good.

Not a good food visit.

Met the owner, I believe his name is Joe, while working in a Target! Very generous and brought back my coworker and I pizza to enjoy. The pizza was amazing. As a first time taster of Elizabeth’s Pizza it is safe to say I will be back, but only to the Lawndale location!
