The best sour dough bread I ever had also the best cherry crumble pie I have ever had! Mark absolutely loves just about everything she makes. I promise you you will not be disappointed! Stopped to see if Elizabeth had bagels for sale. She did not, but had a wonderful experience shopping out of her van. Bought a loaf of brioche bread, and it is wonderful! She threw in a free brownie as well. I will definitely be buying from her again. What a fine lady she is!

I went to the Auburn fair and seen Elizabeth’s lovely table! It was beautiful with many yummy looking pastries. Elizabeth was kind, full of joy and kept a wonderful smile chatting with us. We got a pumpkin roll slice, fruity pebble rice crispy and a mint brownie. The pumpkin roll was to die for, soft pumpkin bread with the yummy cream center. The rice crispy was not so enjoyable, it seemed stale and the marshmallow was very minimal that the cereal kinda just crumbled off. We saved the brownie for later and got to it 2 days later. (Got it Friday night, went to eat it Sunday morning) Now there is no enjoy by date or specification when to eat it but I assumed the brownie should be okay, but when I looked at it, it was starting to get little green fuzzy spots. So unfortunately I was unable to enjoy it. I suggest a little enjoy by sticker or vocal eat it today or the next so nothing gets moldy.

She makes the BEST sour dough bread and brownies. I am properly addicted to the m&ms brownies and sour dough bread.
She is so sweet and has the cutest dog! We love going to visit her bakery and getting our weekly staples. ☺️

Had the best experience with Elizabeth’s Bakery today! She brought her mobile bakery to our Make-A-Wish event and donated coffee and a bunch of her amazing baked goods. Everything was so good – the coffee was spot-on, and the pastries were next level. It’s awesome to see someone not only serving up delicious treats but also giving back to the community like she does. Can’t recommend her enough! If you haven’t been, you’re missing out.
