Allergy friendly!!
I came here on my trip to see my friend. I had the Ahi Bowl and my husband had the Steak Salad. We also enjoyed a Tahini Chocolate Chip Cookie! the service here was so friendly and the meal was delicious!! Traveling with food restrictions can be hard, so I always appreciate a restaurant that can cater to my allergies and taste so good! Will def come back here again.
They have gluten free & egg free food and dessert and vegetarian options too!

I’m unable to comment on atmosphere, but it’s probably great. I just want to say thanks a lot! I was trying to stop ordering food for lunch at work. You guys popped up on GrubHub and I’m obsessed now. I had the Popeye salad and added chicken, the Maca Mint Chip, and a cup of the veggie broth. Everything arrived perfectly and safely packaged – sealed and whatnot. I will be a repeat customer for sure. I can’t wait to eat and drink through the entire menu!

Had the Thai Buddha bowl and pink dragonfruit smoothie and both were delicious! Very kind and friendly staff and a clean environment to eat! I felt great after eating too which is always a bonus! Highly recommend!

Healthy foods near me… This is the spot! Excellent customer service with smiles! They have it all, Superfoods, Salads, Warm bowls, Smoothies, Drinks of all types & snacks for the. Bring your Husband, wife, kids and friends and get healthy right here! Heads up… Some people may think it’s a bit pricey but just realize you’re eating superfoods that are good for you and it’s definitely cheaper than going to the hospital. That’s how I look at it when I eat healthy. So no more excuses, go go go!

But what makes it really shine are the people. The staff are consistently warm, friendly, and helpful — just good energy all around.
One person in particular, Darby, stands out every single time I visit. I actually assumed she was the manager — that’s how well she leads. I’ve seen her training others, calmly navigating questions, and keeping things flowing smoothly even when it gets busy. Turns out she’s only been there two months and isn’t a manager (yet). Honestly, someone should fix that — she’s a natural ✨

Great healthy food option in Reno. I particularly like the build your own bowl menu item. They have some stellar healthy ingredients, and the add-ons such as chicken are also high quality.
My only complaint is that I have been overcharged on every visit. They have a listed menu price, but the computer charges a higher price than the listed price. The employees will refund the difference if you point out that the in-store menu shows a lower price, but it was a hassle each time to do. I would just ask the restaurant to please ensure that the listed menu price is what the cash register system rings up.

So many healthy ingredients in exciting and interesting combinations. We had warm bowls and smoothies all were great! The food didn’t taste too salty or sweet, but full of savory flavor.
