I tried this restaurant recently like a week ago and everything was absolutely amazing. The food was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. What really stood out, though, was the service-there were two young men who attended us, and they were extremely polite, attentive, and professional. Their good manners and positive attitude made the whole experience even better. Definitely a place I’d recommend and will be coming back to.

March 1, 2026 2pm. Hot food in buffet was cold, warm at best, wasn’t flavored well. Fajitas were good just to cold and under cooked. Chicken fajitas over cooked and dry. Pork ribs were very bland even with barbecue sauce. Menudo had strong stomach smell to it. Barbacoa was extremely bland also. Fish and shrimp not season enough. Did not try the enchiladas red or green they looked and felt dry when I tried getting some. I had agua de pepino had too much sugar. Payed about $21.50. there is always too. For improvement, but in my opinion it wasn’t good. I myself won’t be back.

I saw reviews and looked forward to taking my family. Upon arrival we were greeted, i should have asked for prices then, but failed to do so. There was not much variety, the food that was there was decent, but for what i paid Golden Corral would have made more sense (i pay $75 for the family) and they only charge 3.99 for kids and babies are free. Kids barely ate mostly fruit and cereal at the buffet, 11.99 for a 2 year old and 4 year old makes no sense here. Overall a la carte meals may be a better choice here. Also fries were undercooked. ( My husband ate a tortilla and tasted the enchilada, which he said was not good, i don’t think that counts as eating off my plate, he’s the one that told me we shouldn’t eat there, which he was right) it was over priced for a poor selection of food. He said Edith’s kitchen was better, so reviewing cameras is irrelevant to my review. Thank you, but there won’t be a next time

It’s a small place ducked away in a little corner, but i’ve passed several times and im glad i stopped. I came in at a switching time for buffets so i got to see breakfast items and lunch items. The menu overall gives you the option of buffet or regular menu items (which looked so tasty) we went for the buffet option and although it was on the smaller side their options were all tasty! My son did express the lunch buffet looking better lol another thing ill compliment is their drink options. As a coffee girly i loved their iced latte option which other buffets will not have for sure. Loved this spot for a Sunday brunch.

If you’re looking for fast and delicious food this is the place. The restaurant itself is very clean, staff is wonderful, the food is amazing as well as their coffees. My all time favorite is the Hibachi Bowl, the rice has such a great taste and texture, the meat is cooked to perfection and the veggies are incredible. I definitely recommend Elite Core Cuisine to everyone!

The food is very flavorful. You can order shrimp but they give you like 7 at a time. And they are not big. They should have just kept it on the baño maria. The buffet is $15 but jumps to $20 adding a 12oz can drink. That is crazy. It would be nice if they had fountain drinks with free refills considering they have a very small buffet. I will go again. But will not be ordering more than one drink.
