The ceviche was a small mound of shredded cabbage with a light dusting of chopped shrimp, jalapenos, cucumber, and razor-thin slices of avocado. The flavor was bland. I know restaurants are struggling and I generally don’t complain. But for $14 before tax and tip, it felt like a slap in the face – even in these days of inflation.

Absolutely delicious! Their food is crafted with care, and truly amazing. I love the fusion between Mediterranean and Latin American. I had the lamb merguez bowl, and every bite was a flavor explosion. Really reasonable prices for what you get as well. Recommended!

I stopped by to grab a Peruvian steak sandwich while running some errands. Hadn’t been to Elitas in a min and I forgot how delicious and legit the sandwich’s are. They also are super big and made me full. I would def recommend going here for lunch. They also have all kinds of other specialty meats to buy if your feeling fancy.

Great place to stop by and try out while at Stanley. Everything appears authentic so had to try the red pozole. (Pozole- hominy with a red chile sauce and pork with cabbage, raddish and torillas) Great flavors! With the pork and toppings everything was spot on. Would definitely recommend.
