It was the first time to check out Ethiopian Restaurant. The food was great and the people was very kind. Also, traditional coffee was excellent.(they recommended to order coffee around 5min before.) I’m so happy to know about this restaurant in my neighborhood. It’s little hard to find this and parking lot of back of this building but I strongly recommend to visit. So glad we came here. Ethiopian food. Wow. If you have not tried it, you should, and this is where you want to go. Writing this review is making me hungry and craving this food again. Flavors were very unique and delicious. Very hearty, and everything tasted home made and fresh. Not at all too spicy. Service was prompt and friendly. We were here for lunch, and the place was maybe a little less than half full. Bathrooms are clean.

My husband and I enjoyed eating at Elilta Restaurant. The chef was very kind and prepared the food in a timely fashion. We ordered the awaze and the yebeg tibs and they were both amazing. Also, I have celiac disease and the chef was able to accommodate by giving me 100% teff injera. Looking forward to visiting MD again so we can return to this restaurant.
