We had a delicious brunch, despite the staff being obviously overwhelmed with about 20 customers waiting for drinks. We actually got our food before the matcha latte. Brunch burger was perfectly cooked, well-seasoned and moist. My husband said his eggs Benedict and scotch egg were fantastic. The decor is whimsical, in keeping with their theme. We’ll definitely be back!

This place gets bonus stars just for the hobbit theme. The atmosphere is fantastic. It is a cozy spot with thoughtful decorative touches inspired by Lord of the Rings and other fantasy elements, like a modern take on the Green Dragon. The seating and tables feel homey and comfortable, which adds to the overall vibe. The One Ring breakfast sandwich and the hash browns were excellent and highly recommended.

My first visit was for their new afternoon tea service with 5 friends to celebrate my birthday. The food was amazing (homemade hashbrowns with caviar was the savory favorite!), the service lovely and atmosphere was cozy, whimsical and right on theme. They gave me flowers, tea & a card. I also got a special mug (which I wanted to steal it was beautiful and the right “feel) and plate. They sang happy birthday to me and everything was plated beautifully. The tea was also amazing! My only suggestion is we should have been reserved for a bigger table or the food should be staggered. The table was very full with 6 people, their food and drinks. Otherwise I highly suggest checking it out especially for the tea service.

Finally stopped into here on Friday. There was a line at 9 am which is great, glad they’re getting business. The decor inside is fun and charming as well.

However— they have a couple of paper menus that the print is so faded on them you have to strain to actually read them. On top of that, there is not a single price anywhere in house. No drink prices, no food prices. I was planning on ordering the maple latte, but to my surprise they were out of maple syrup at 9:05 in the morning! Bummer, because a lot of their drink menu is pumpkin forward and doesn’t offer many other options for the speciality lattes.

We ordered the eggs Benedict ( $15) a matcha ube latte ($9) a waffle ($9) and hashbrown ($8) and lastly avocado toast ($9) with a black coffee ($5). The food tasted great, very eye appealing but the portions are quite small. We thought the eggs Benedict could have used some toast or potatoes (that’s a big part of the theme) to mop up the tasty hollandaise sauce, especially for $15. The waffle did not taste like a waffle at all, it was good! But almost like a very dense biscuit.

I probably won’t return, because I don’t live too close but I could see this being a very fun place to be a regular.

My daughter (in her 20s) and I thoroughly enjoyed afternoon tea at Elevenses. The food was delicious, service was excellent and friendly, and atmosphere was charming. It was a perfect mother-daughter outing. We’ve eaten here several times, and will continue to be regulars. I highly recommend the afternoon tea; it will warm you up on these winter days.

This cafe is SO cute and the food is delicious! I’ve gone back twice for their Hashbrown of Healing, and have told all my friends about it! Their drinks are really good, and milk substitutes are readily available. I just had their Walking Wizard Chai Waffle with a Pumpkin Spice Latte, and it was incredible! Just the right balance of sweet and spiced, and the apple butter on the waffle was perfect. 1000/10 stars! Their customer service is also top-notch, and when I needed a food accommodation, they helped me right away. Love this place, and I hope they stick around for a long time!

Our family of four, with two young boys, had such an amazing time at Elevensies in Brunswick. As big Lord of the Rings and Hobbit fans, we were so excited to see all of the decor and the creative Middle-earth themed menu items. It really felt like stepping into something special. I got the iced honeycomb latte and the Lembas bread, and both were absolutely delicious. We loved looking around at all the details and talking about how it reminded us of the movies and books.

The cafe has such a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for relaxing and hanging out. Even though it was pretty busy on Saturday, the wait for our food and drinks was very reasonable. Everything came out quickly, and the staff were so friendly and professional the whole time.

We left talking about how much fun it was and how we can’t wait to come back. Elevensies is a real gem, and whether you’re a Tolkien fan or just someone looking for a unique and comfortable cafe, it’s definitely worth a visit.

Had an afternoon tea here the other day and it was wonderful! The staff were all very sweet and pleasant. The food was all really good, from the potatoes, the sandwiches, to the scones and dessert. Very cozy atmosphere, with great decor, and lovely tavern music playing. I’d go in all the time if I could!

I never thought there’d be a LOTR-inspired cafè in Maine!
So I have positives and constructive criticism, but overall we had a great experience!
I went with my girlfriend on a Friday afternoon. She ordered a Cinnamon Roll and First Breakfast Sando, I ordered Lembas Bread and Smoked Salmon Bennies, we both got the Bear/Man Iced Honeycomb Latte.
● The coffee, by far, AMAZING! Props to the barista.
● The Cinnamon Roll and Lembas Bread, although both very cold, were tasty! We both believe it would’ve been so much better heated up.
● The First Breakfast Sando was great, had variety and creativity. Her favorite was the English Muffin as it was different than your usual!
● The Smoked Salmon Bennies I had a hard time with. As tasty each ingredient was, the consistency of the fish and egg tested my limits. But delicious!
The atmosphere was cozy and warm. I LOVED the fact that they had fantasy/celtic music playing, the plates were wooden or clay and utensils looked blacksmithed, and that the room was COVERED in LOTR memorabilia! My two favorites were the Hobbit door mural and Bilbo Baggins’ contract in the glass table! I think anyone would be entertained on the room alone during their entire stay. They have a really cool large coffee menu, but I would add their food menu next to it OR make it more visible as it’s only on a piece of paper next to the cashier. station. We came at a great time! It wasn’t super busy but it wasn’t empty, so it was enjoyable! The staff that took our order were super friendly, ones that manned the coffee were quick, ones that made the food made it look fancy and tasty, the one who served our food always smiled and personable! One thing we noted was the call-out when the coffee was ready was very quiet, some people had no idea. So maybe serve to the table before the meal since the meal is served to you, just an idea!
Overall, we loved our trip to Elevenses! It was beautiful, cozy, and comfortable! We’ll definitely be going again in the future, and recommend this place to anyone who has a passion for Middle Earth and coffee! ☕️

Went on an adventure through the snow and we found ourselves transported to a placed ripped right out of Tolkien’s novels. Energetic atmosphere like a community pub but also a cafe&bakery. Delicious themed foot and drinks. And after 10 minutes at the bar it became quiet and cozy. Overall, we enjoyed a meal fit for a hobbit and a major shootout to Matthew, a service aficionado. Swing in to atleast try their elven bread. Can’t wait for our next adventure to Elevenses.
