Don’t get the fish and chips, they’re horrible! So bad I returned them. The staff blamed the packaging (takeout) so the second batch came in a box, but still inedible with way too much batter and pure mush on the inside. The tiramisu was another miss. Looked pretty but the cake was flavorless and comes with a side of what tasted like weak coffee liquor…it did it no favors. Total for that and a couple other items came to $99 but the grand total was over $120, so I guess this is one of those mandatory tip places. Total ripoff.

Despite some of these abysmal reviews, this restaurant was hardly the worst and more than adequate for a hotel restaurant. We dined on a relatively busy Monday night with just two servers but ours was attentive and she got our orders in and food came out quickly. Mom had a salad, but my pasta and chicken was very hot coming out to the table. Good flavor, though I wish I had asked for salt and pepper.

I did admire the Tiramisu for having the cake soak in coffee.

Also a pretty great cocktail selection. I had the Seattle Cable Car. There’s certainly better in the city, but for staying on the hotel grounds, you could have for worse.

It’s a sports bar and restaurant located inside the hotel. The vibe was good, especially on a sports night. They offer various drinks and beers. The server was friendly and very helpful. The food was okay in my opinion, but not so many choices.

Breakfast was average/low-ish quality for a hotel restaurant. Self serve “hot” containers were slightly Luke warm in food temperatures and food was not pipping hot. Nice selection of cereals and pastries. What i found somewhat disturbing is the 18% mandatory service charge added onto the bill, on a “help yourself/self serve” breakfast. Why would I be tipping when I’ve served/dished up my own breakfast?. To then ask me if I wanted to tip more upon paying .

Despite the negative reviews, my girlfriend and I had a great time at the restaurant. We ordered the Argentinian Style Steak Bites, House Burger, and Vodka Penne Pasta. All three dishes were great, with the steak bites great flavour) and house burger (super juicy) being the highlights. The service was also fantastic.

Given the restaurant prices in Downtown Seattle, the pricing was digestible, given that it is situated in the hotel. Just keep in mind that an 18% service fee is automatically added to the bill.

I ordered breakfast to go and while I was waiting, the host brought me coffee. And when I received the food, it was perfectly packaged. The food was really good and fresh. Excellent service!

Not sure why there’s only a 3 star review. The food tasted amazing and very well balanced. Thats saying something as im quite a food critic. The service was great and attentive. This is the place you want to be to relax and eat some good food if you dont feel like walking about.

One of the worst restaurants to exist. Awful service and awful food. Ordered the chicken wings in Buffalo flavor and they brought lemon pepper instead. Then I said sauce on the side. I bit into it and it had enough salt for entire Seattles population for the day. They showed no remorse and I went to bed hungry.

Lady waitress was very nice, the only time we saw her was to take our drink order and bring the bill. The person that took our food order didn’t write anything down. We ordered a quesaeilla, never received it. Ordered shrimp on my pasta, never received it. No one ever came back to ask if everything was ok or if we wanted more drinks. When I complained to lady waitress, she comped one of the meals. On top of all this, they add an 18% gratuity automatically to the bill. I guess you don’t have to be a good service staff when you automatically get a tip!

I can only write about the mushroom burger I had: cheap roll, cheap patty that sat in my stomach like a lump for hours after I finished. Low-quality hamburger bun. Poor value for the money. Can’t comment on the service because it was a to-go order I took back to my room, so had minimal interaction with the waiter. Ambiance is unremarkable. Clean and neat, nothing outstanding; you wouldn’t come here for the atmosphere. One puzzling, disappointing thing was that they don’t let you order from the room; you have to go down and order and wait until it’s ready. Why not? Other hotels let you order from the room. Given the low quality of the burger and its after-effects in my stomach, I’m not going to take a chance on any of their other offerings.
