Excellent parking space, ample seating area, the aura seems good.. the burger (elevation burger and the mushroom burger) seem to lack taste and depth.. the jalapeno cheese french fries are good, and is big.. It would be great if they could have some extra seasoning or any kind of mixes on the table for some enhancement of taste.

Great concept. It’s organic, grass fed, halal, almost guilt-free hamburger. The location is a spot at a strip mall between Trader Joe’s and Cosi. The décor is definitely sparse. But we here for burgers, right? So we ordered elevation burgers and a side of their olive oil fried fries. They have a number of different burgers as well as the ability to order a custom burger. One other plus, they have one of those coke freestyle machines so you could get any coke product. Ok. So how were these burgers that were compared to in and out in a recent article (and prompted this visit)? They were surprisingly just ok. The meat was kind of just mushy. The cheese was tasteless. The bun had the soft feel of potato bread, but not so much the taste. However the bright spot were the fries. Thin, almost shoestring fries, were crispy and light. They tasted great. Too many good burger joints out there. This might get there, but it wasn’t today.

Super friendly staff, the place is spacious and decor is modern, and above all, the meat is halal. There’s a halal sign on the door as well.
This time we tried two cheese burgers with the Elevation sauce, and it’s OMG delicious. They use potato buns for the burgers and they are amazing. Medium sized, and slightly sweet. it’s not your bland buns that McDonalds or Burger King uses. It’s fresh, soft and has it’s own taste.
The beef patty was delicious. 100% organic and grass fed meat. Even their fries are cooked in Olive Oil.

Ordered for the first time today and will never order from here again. My coworker and I ordered through door dash for lunch and the Caesar Entree Salad was horrible. I expected to get an actual Caesar entree salad but instead, I literally received lettuce in a styrofoam container with cheese sprinkled on top. There was nothing else in the container except lettuce which wasn’t even fresh. What a sad excuse for a salad. What a disappointment.

I wish I could give 5 stars. I’ll give 5 for the great customer service. My husband got BBQ beef bacon burger which he loved! The fries were great as well. Now 4 stars for my order. I ordered crispy siracha burger and a grilled BBQ burger. When I looked at the receipt I didn’t see siracha burger just regular so I went up and asked the lady and if she can change it. She didn’t charge me and said that’s ok! Then one of the worker came and said our order has been switched and if that’s ok or they can make another one. But I said it’s ok, no worries. However, when I get the burgers not that they were switched but they didn’t had the toppings it came with like caramelized onions on BBQ chicken. BBQ chicken only meant BBQ sauce. I was but disappointed but I would give it another try for their great service hopefully 2nd time would be the charm

The burger was way tooooo much on the “rare” side. The tables were filthy. The young kids working there were goofing around. Took 15 minutes to get a raw burger. The olive fries were just OK… You guys charging a good price you better step your game up…… Dined at 9/1/2017 @approx 4 pm .

Elevation grilled chicken was good and so was the coffee milkshake, but the Sriracha chicken was not. Everything on the menu is halal including beef bacon

Really nice staff; I think the owner or manager was there as well and he was so friendly, helpful and made me feel comfortable/wanted as a customer. Vegan burger was good and the french fries were the best!
