Elevation 66 Brewing Company began on September 1st, 2011. Founded and run by three partners – David Goodstal, Esther Goodstal, & Brian Kelly – the company was formed in hopes of providing quality, hand-crafted beers for the people of the San Francisco Bay Area. With an emphasis on supporting other local businesses, the brewery developed an artisanal, seasonal food menu sourcing most of its ingredients from local farms and bakeries. In an area that is increasingly valuing local establishments, the brewery hopes to become an anchor in the developing East Bay neighborhood of El Cerrito. Along with hand-crafted beer and a noteworthy food menu, the brewpub also doubles as a venue for local artists to display their works. Head Chef: C…

We paired our meals with different sides too. Food was lovely. Service was friendly and warm. Can’t think of a better reason to come back. Lovely time in El Cerrito.
I hadn’t eaten here in a while and was very happy the kitchen is creating really good food. Over the years, the kitchen staff, chef, and menu have seen numerous changes. The specials – salad, grilled cheese – are solid options, and everything is good with crispy fries and house-made potato chips.
The Cubano sandwich was back on the menu! The service was greatly improved over last week!

We had not been here in a long time! Beer and ales offered were a favorite and something new. However, the drinks were slow in coming since the bartender spent most of the time sitting in a back corner staring at his phone!

XLNT Pork Adobo Sliders, Onion Rings, crunchy pickles, veggie sandwich and of course the ales/beers!

After our enjoyable previous visit last week, we went back to try other beers/ales and menu items. Neither disappointed, in fact the Adobo Pork Sliders, onion rings and Japanese Stew were excellent! The Brut IPA and Ramble Ramble Red Ale were excellent too!
6/30/19-Great Scotch Kaber Toss ale and East Bay IPA!
The food was outstanding. We ordered the chicken wings, Brussels sprouts, and onion rings, and all three were seriously top notch. The wings were juicy and perfectly seasoned, the Brussels were crispy with great flavor, and the onion rings were golden, crunchy, and not greasy. You can really taste the attention to quality and detail in every bite.
They also have a great selection of wine and local craft beer, which paired perfectly with the food. It’s clear this is a spot that takes pride in both its menu and its atmosphere.
Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a restaurant with excellent food, great drinks, and fantastic service. Whether you’re just passing through or a local, this is the kind of place you’ll want to come back to again and again
