Originally wanted to go for dinner but ended up with going to Saturday brunch, he had the salmon Benedict I had the fillet Benedict, both were amazing and the bacon was incredible. Let’s not forget bottomless mimosas……so amazing. Staff was friendly and very attentive. View of the golf course was very wonderful, would come back again.

Trip 2. Got the smoked gouda fundido, it was amazing! He got the bacon burger while I went with the cherry limeade long Island haha and the black garlic burger. The fries are so good and the burgers were sublime. Service was down to only 2 people for the whole place but they handled it very well. Always a good place when you want to feel fancy!

Food was good, views are some of the best here in Minot, can’t wait to see it when everything is green. My wife likes the drinks here and they always add salt to my beer Glas which is a plus as some places don’t do that here for some reason. Service was superb they are attentive and were checking up on us as we were only a few of us outside seating area. Weather was great so we had a very good time. Thank you see you again soon.

Went here for the first time for a friend’s birthday dinner and I was very impressed with the service and the food.

First of all, I’m still fairly new to the area and did not know elevation is inside of a country club. One of the nicest golf courses I’ve seen.

My party ordered drinks, appetizer, and variety of items on the menu and they were all great across the board.

When my steak arrived the server wanted me to make sure they were cooked correctly. Well, one side of the cut was more of a medium well than medium I asked for but I didn’t want them to take back my food and id have to wait around while my friends ate. So I wish they would’ve got the steak correct the first time. But they did give the option to re-make the steak which I personally didn’t opt for.

The ribeye itself was tasty nonetheless, the seasoning was great and the sides were delicious. I got the garlic parmesan mashed potatoes and the brussel sprouts the server recommended and they did not disappoint!

My guy friends appreciated the selection of cigars they had available, once they chose their cigars, the server brought out the cutter and the tray outside by the fire pit for us.

The outside area was a treat! It was as if I was sitting somewhere else other than Minot. It was overlooking the greens and beautiful estates surrounding it. Now I know this is the nice part of Minot.

I’m definitely coming back here for brunch on saturdays and sundays I think the time is 10-2. And they have bottomless mimosas according to the server!

First off, let me start my saying that the service was excellent. Our waiter was spot on with all requests and keep the glasses full. The food on the other hand was just not very good. At this price point, there should be some expectations for flavor. Presentation of dishes was good, but my wife’s veggie dumplings were overcooked and chewy and my avacodo fries lacked in seasoning. Our mains were not much better. The fries with my Reuben turned out to be the best part and the attempt at vegetarian linguine was lacking in nearly all flavor. Dessert was ok, definitely give a plus for the serving size. Might have been an off night in the kitchen, but expectations were not met.

Met a friend for lunch. First off, the views are stunning with the outdoor area overlooking the valley. The staff was amazing! Super friendly and made you feek like you were the only customer in the place. We enjoyed items from the breakfast brunch menu served on weekends. The food was plentiful and delicious. This will be a must go to place when I visit Minot again.

I had reservations for five people at 11am for brunch. I called the morning of the reservation to inform staff our party would be 8 people instead. I requested seating for outside and my request was honored even though the staff had set up a table inside already. The food was good (especially the SMOKED GOUDA FUNDIDO (GF). The server kept our glasses full.
The atmosphere is very relaxing and flexible staff with a can do attitude was refreshing. One improvement I would humbly suggest is to hang an awning/sun covering over the patio area for UV ray protection.

Went in on Sunday for the brunch due to the hype of this place. Had to endure a 45 min wait to get in and was seated in a crammed bar area. I was in a party of 5 and when we were seated the bar area virtually emptied out. Our server was a young gal and took our drink orders and disappeared. The four others had the bottomless mimosas and it took about 15 min for the first order to come out. We saw the them sitting at the bar waiting to be picked up and our waitress was no where in sight. This transpired thru our whole dining experience. The food we ordered was a bit pricey but is very good. I got the pork belly burrito and other members of my group tasted the skillets, Benedict, and the tacos. All had good reviews on the food. It is unfortunate that our server ruined the experience for us as it made it difficult to get drink refills even with just coffee.

Elevation is a very classy, upscale restaurant! My husband surprised me and took me here for our anniversary on a weekday night. I briefly read the mixed reviews online, so I knew that wait time & service might be an issue, along with overpriced food. However, I was pleasantly surprised.

We came about ten minutes earlier than our reservation and were seated immediately. We didn’t have to wait for glasses of water, and within about eight minutes, our server was there asking for our drink orders. We don’t drink alcohol, tea, or coffee, so the only real options were soda, lemonade, or juice (grapefruit or orange juice I think.) I chose Sprite/7Up with some lime, and my husband chose the lemonade. Unfortunately the lemonade tasted horrible (too sour & watery), so our waiter apologized & brought him a glass of Sprite with no hassle.

We ordered the Mozzarella Pesto Bruschetta to share for an appetizer. I loved it, though my husband was just okay about it. He said it wasn’t worth the $12 price tag, but in my mind, it was delicious, classy, and I didn’t have to make it! I loved how the crostini was lightly toasted & not hard toasted, which made it strong enough to hold the toppings without hurting the roof of the palate. I also enjoyed the use of halved grape tomatoes instead of sliced roma tomatoes – again, this made it much easier to eat. The fresh mozzarella balls are a favorite of mine, and the pesto sauce was divine. Probably the only thing I would have added would have been a little sweet balsamic dressing drizzled on the top or included on the side.

For our main entrees, my husband ordered the Chipotle Blueberry Glazed Salmon with a side of fries, and I ordered the Creamy Pesto Steak. I adored every bite of my pasta dish. The penne pasta was cooked to al dente perfection and the succulent steak bites complemented the creamy pesto sauce, with neither flavor overpowering the other. I don’t recall the parmesan breadcrumbs, as listed in the menu; perhaps they were included with the mound of diced & seasoned tomatoes on top.

My husband first ate his fries and sauteed zucchini, then let me try some of his salmon. I was surprised that the glaze wasn’t very spicy (a good thing for my mild palate!) and didn’t taste like blueberries as much as it tasted like a sweet teriyaki sauce. It was still delicious, just different than what we expected. Again, my husband expected a larger portion of salmon for the price (I’m guessing it was about a 5 or 6 oz piece), but the whole plate was enough to fill him up.

I had read online that Elevation offered a free dessert for anniversaries and birthdays, and sure enough, our waiter said we could choose any item on the dessert menu. We chose the Chocolate Peanut Butter Mousse. I didn’t notice till later that it wasn’t the “Chocolate Peanut Butter Crepe Cake” as pictured and listed in the online menu – perhaps they had an issue with the crepes that week? Still, it was beautifully served in a clear glass cup, with a mound of whipped cream (cool whip style, not real dairy whipped cream) on top. Again, kudos to the chef for making a delicious menu item where the flavors of chocolate and peanut butter complemented each other perfectly with neither one overpowering the other!

As for our server, we had absolutely no complaints. He was friendly and attentive, coming by several times to remove used plates and refill our drinks. Like I mentioned earlier, he replaced my husband’s lemonade with no problem. And when the bill was brought, I was pleasantly surprised to see that it was comparable to dining at The Olive Garden!

My only main suggestion would be that they offer a few non-alcoholic “mocktail” options for drinks. If they did, I would visit again during happy hour and order another Mozzarella Pesto Bruschetta!

Very nice facility-it looked shiny and new. Frankly, most of my food experiences in the Minot and Williston area have been less than spectacular, so my expectations for this restaurant were not that high. Our first impression of the restaurant, as we walked in was that it was a little chaotic I had never been to a higher-end restaurant where you just set yourself, but in their defense, they had a couple big parties and appeared that their staff was a little overwhelmed. The food we ordered was very good. We have the shrimp tacos, the Thai lettuce wraps, the prime rib cheesesteak and the ribeye meal. I did explain to the server ahead of time that I like my steaks medium rare, and most restaurants get that wrong. Unfortunately, elevation was no exception. My steak was wrong. But our server, Payton, was fantastic, and she handle it with professionalism and the type of courtesy and kindness that is rare these days. She made an uncomfortable and somewhat unpleasant situation absolutely bearable. She is a tremendous asset to this restaurant. Allegedly, the management team was in a meeting, so they were unable to rectify the situation personally. My expectation would be that when a steak is not cooked broccoli, the manager themselves, would come out and make it right. This did not happen and this responsibility was left to our server, which, I believe is unacceptable. The management team should never put a server in that position to have to fix the problem that she wasn’t responsible for. Alas, she handled it with flying colors. We also had a couple desserts elections that were fantastic. I would most likely give this restaurant another chance, if I were ever to be in this area again. If you’re looking for an above average daily experience with very good service, I would strongly consider Elevation..
