We had an amazing experience with Chef Ju’von, owner of Elevated Eats by Chef Ju’von, who came to our home to prepare a special dinner while we celebrated my wife’s birthday. From the moment he arrived, Chef Ju’von was warm, hospitable, and very personable, making the entire evening feel relaxed, intimate, and truly special.
He started the meal with a delicious salad featuring strawberries, raspberries, goat cheese, cornbread croutons, and candied pecans topped with a raspberry vinaigrette dressing. The flavors were fresh, vibrant, and perfectly balanced, and the cornbread croutons added a creative and flavorful twist.
For the main course, Chef Ju’von served Hennessy honey cornbread alongside creamy grits topped with jerk shrimp and lobster. The dish was absolutely outstanding. The grits were rich and smooth, while the jerk shrimp and lobster were perfectly seasoned and cooked. The Hennessy honey cornbread was the perfect complement to the meal, adding a touch of sweetness that tied everything together beautifully.
What truly made the evening unforgettable was Chef Ju’von himself. He was engaging, professional, and clearly passionate about his craft. To make the celebration even more special, he sang “Happy Birthday” to my wife with a very soulful voice, which was a thoughtful and memorable moment that meant a lot to us.

Elevated Eats is definitely a hidden gem!!! Chef Ju’Von is personable, friendly, and extremely talented. One of the best meals my husband and I have ever had. The mimosas are delicious. We also had to shrimps and grits and the cornbread for starter. The steak and eggs and fried shrimp and fish for main. Everything was absolutely delicious!! What a great experience!

We booked Elevated Eats for our 20th wedding anniversary. It was more than what we expected. His crew was prompt, very respectful and considerate of everyone around them. Dinner was always on time, and the atmosphere was a perfect 10. The grand display of food, lighting, water and even fire had all of our guest impressed and ready to chow down. Then Chef Juvon showed up and showed out with his amazing personality and run down of our menu before eating. We will definitely be booking again in the future. Went here for a Birthday Brunch, and the experience was unforgettable! From the moment we walked in, the service was excellent from the friendly and attentive servers to Chef Juvon, who went above and beyond to make our family feel special. He even serenaded us with a beautiful birthday song that made the moment extra memorable.
The food? Absolutely delicious! Every dish was seasoned perfectly and served hot and fresh. You can taste the love and pride in every bite.

Amazing food! Fun unique lunch. Chef Ju’von was very personable and attentive to us. Have guests in from out of town and really enjoyed finding this place. Everything we had was delicious and also loved the big cup of mushroom coffee and hot chocolate since it was a little cool today and there is only outdoor seating. Nicely shaded and would be comfortable on a typical day.

We went out for a quiet and romantic night on 2/12/2026. The weather was perfect, the environment was pleasing and peaceful. The food was Amazing! The saxophonist was great at setting the mood for a great experience. Definitely unforgettable. Everything was wonderful. If you get a chance to visit, you should go. You won’t be disappointed. Excellent brunch with Chef Ju’von today. He was nice to accommodate us. The French Toast and Shrimp and Grits were both wonderful. The biscuits were some of the best we ever tasted. Lastly, the Hot Chocolate was a perfect way to end the meal on a cold day. Look forward to visiting again when we are back in the area.

I can’t remember my server name, but she had a bob and her service was great and quick 10/10, also chef really took his time and made the food with extra love and care the atmosphere was amazing. It felt so good outside and the way the trees kept you cool with shade was awesome. I’ll definitely be back. I’m planning my next visit now. The jerk shrimp and French toast was a hit. My husband and I enjoyed a delightful dining experience in December. The ambiance was charming and soothing. The servers were simply amazing (I apologize for not remembering your names). They struck a perfect balance between professionalism and friendliness, adapting their approach to suit each guest. I noticed one young lady showing incredible patience and professionalism with a deaf couple, which truly warmed my heart. I tried the luxurious French toast, and it was absolutely fantastic! I requested syrup, but honestly, it wasn’t necessary, which explains why it’s not included. I was thrilled to see uncured turkey bacon on the menu for those who avoid pork. The glaze and fruit reduction on the French toast was perfectly balanced—not too little, not too much. My husband customized an omelet that he thoroughly enjoyed. We will definitely return, as we love supporting black-owned businesses, especially when the service and food are exceptional!
