Absolutely of a place. You know when you’re out to eat and the waiter/waitress comes up to ask you how everything is the minute you take the first bite of food? Your mouth is full and you just give them that awkward thumbs up or whatever. Not this place. They let you savor and enjoy it without hovering and bothering you. Oh but what if we need something, you ask? The staff is there. I don’t know how they know, but it’s perfect timing or they are hiding in a secret passage somewhere.

The atmosphere was dope, too!

This restaurant is located in the Epicurean Hotel. Reservations aren’t required. The decor is so lovely, they have a wine cellar with vintage wines inside. Anyways, the servers are pleasant, but they are a little slow even when it’s not busy. I ordered the brunch burger which was tasty, it had hollandaise, cheese, and eggs. And my friend ordered the biscuits and gravy, it had an overpowering bell pepper taste (not my fave ingredient). I tried the most curious drink… the seed lip garden cooler, which literally tasted like a salad lol. It was interesting to say the least. The most prominent flavors were basil & rosemary. I wouldn’t order it again tho.
I would definitely come back here and try other things off of the menu.

The atmosphere was extremely inviting and wonderful if you’re out and about wanting to have a bite to eat at their lobby bar. We ended up eating there at lunch and I had the Caesar salad and added chicken, which ended up being too salty. I wasn’t impressed but we already had reservations in the evening. The hostess had a line with people needing their table… we finally got sat and it was a table in the corner of the restaurant. We ended up sitting there for a few minutes and finally a waiter comes over, greets us and takes our drink order. He seemed so rushed.. I ordered an expresso martini and my husband had a bourbon. It seemed like forever and noticed it was 20 minutes. Our drinks were waiting for us at the bar… just sitting there and our waiter was going to all his other tables and I finally got up and asked to see if we could get our drinks since they were just sitting there. He finally picked them up and then finally got to order. The drinks were not as cold and our food was mediocre. I’m not sure if I will come back, although going there for some cocktails isn’t out of the question.

Élevage SoHo Kitchen & Bar is an absolute gem. The atmosphere is classy yet laid-back, the service top-notch, and every dish feels crafted with care. The real standout? The Bern’s Homage Sandwich — juicy, rich, and packed with flavor. If you’re in Tampa and want a dining experience that actually lives up to the hype, this is the spot.

Mezze platter was outstanding, burger and truffle fries were great, eggs and potatoes also very good. The hangar steak was cooked perfectly and tender but just wasn’t dressed in a manner that suited me. Overall a great brunch.

Nested inside the classy Epicurean hotel in Tampa, this is a perfect restaurant for a date night – roomy, quiet and sophisticated atmosphere, with attentive service and great food and drinks. I had a delicious Mediterranean Caesar Salad, followed by tasty and perfectly cooked-to-order Steak Frite, and Pistachio Creme Brulee for dessert.

Élevage in South Tampa has easily become one of my favorite brunch spots in the city. They truly have the best brunch — and hands down the best French toast I’ve ever had! The fruit was so fresh and perfectly paired with the dish, and every bite was delicious.

On top of that, the service was professional and attentive, which made the whole experience even better. If you’re looking for an amazing brunch spot in Tampa, do yourself a favor and try Élevage — you won’t be disappointed!

This is a great place for a romantic dinner date or an upscale business dinner. The waiter was extremely attentive and polite. There was a minimal wait for food and drinks. This establishment is part of a hotel which provides a rooftop bar/ lounge. The vibe here is mature and the music selection is reserved. Also. Be aware the parking is vallet.

We had appetizers and 3 main courses. I would say that 1 of 2 apps were good, and 2 of 3 main dishes were good. The service was great. Don’t get the apple salad or the veggie plate, squash with toppings. Do get the shortribs, that was amazing! And do get the streak sandwich, fantastic!
There was a lovely musician playing nice tunes on the Fri night.

I’ve eaten here a few times now and I’m always impressed by the ambiance and the service. We’ve had a few hiccups with the food in the past but the restaurant has always done a great job of accommodating by replacing entrees or offering complimentary wine. I would come back any time.

I especially love the Homage to Bern’s steak sandwich. And for breakfast the cinnamon roll waffles!
