We had our wedding party here and couldn’t have chosen a better place. We wanted something non traditional with an 80s and 90s vibe and this diner was absolutely perfect. The food and service were fantastic. We kept the menu simple with our favorite burgers Revenge of the Birds and the Electric Burger and everyone loved them. Our guests had an amazing time and couldn’t stop talking about how fun it was. Thank you Electric Diner for helping us create the best party of the year!

Had a great experience at electric diner! Super cute pink retro themed diner with lots of vegetarian & vegan options. They have booth options, seats & bar seats. Retro games & decor. Clean bathrooms and very friendly staff.
I got the all day breakfast plate with the vegan eggs. It was very delicious & filling. I also had it with the sour cherry blaster. Very sweet, sour and strong.
Would definitely recommend visiting this diner if you haven’t already!!

What a treat! Came
Upon here for brunch as a second option and honestly I am definitely coming back again! The vibe is definitely there.. the staff could do a little more prep but the food was exceptional! There were lots of options to look over and I’m so amazed by the chefs choices of combinations that are not usually used in a restaurant. Drinks and food are 10/10.. will be coming back for sure in the future

Five of us went for lunch today. I ordered the Brunch Burger and it was delicious! I normally only ever eat half and end up bringing the rest home, not today – it was too good. All five of use enjoyed our meals and we all had dessert as well. Our server was lovely, Will definitely go back for that Brunch Burger again.

What a fun little diner! The ambiance was so fun. The food was amazing and our server CJ was super great. Highly recommend. Also reasonably priced!! We had the Fish Called Wanda sandwich and they gave me a delicious brownie for dessert for my birthday. We’re from our of town, so we won’t be able to come back often, but if we lived closer this would be a regular spot for us!

The atmosphere here is a 80s themed dinner with lots of things and pictures on the walls to look at. It was really nice to see the Halloween decorations they had up around the restaurant, love it when businesses get into the spirit!
I had a standard cheese burger and fries, a quick easy lunch before a show down the street.
The burger was tasty and cooked perfectly, too much mustard though, little overwhelming, taking away from how good the burger actually tasted. The fries were run of the mill frozen style and the serving size was small for the price. My wife had the Boy George sandwich, it was alright, little under flavored, maybe needed more salt. The overall experience was fun, I grew up in the 80s and appreciate the nostalgia but don’t know if I would return. I feel I can get better value for my money else where.

Had a great first time here yesterday afternoon. First and foremost the decor and style of the place speaks for itself, very well done and on brand! I came here to try their Novemburger feature “La Tica*”, which was different and great. I like how their chef played with the coconut slaw and seasoned pineapple, it was very well balanced so it didn’t overpower the taste of the burger and pork belly. I feel because the slaw dressing was (appropriately) light in flavour, I’d have liked to see potentially another aioli or something spread on the bottom bun, and it was great with some added ketchup, but that could also just be me. Overall it was a great first experience, the staff was friendly and the vibe was super cute and friendly, and very clean. Will definitely return another time I’m in Hamilton to try their regular menu items!

My husband and I had our wedding reception at the Electric Diner, and it was truly one of the most memorable nights of our lives.
The space fit our vibe perfectly. We are obsessed with the 80s and 90s, and this diner holds so much nostalgia for us.
The owners were incredibly kind and patient, and they even created specialty meals and drinks just for our celebration.
We would absolutely recommend the Electric Diner for any kind of event. It was a night we will never forget.

We stopped into Electric Diner for lunch and really enjoyed the experience. It’s right in downtown Hamilton, with both paid street parking and a lot conveniently located next door. The place has such a funky Cali-retro vibe — even down to the old school plates and cups, which was a really cool touch.
Service was friendly, though a bit on the slow side considering it wasn’t very busy. The wraps we ordered were tasty, and the menu overall looked fun, hearty, and full of great options.
Overall, a good experience and worth a visit if you’re in the area!

Unique Diner is honestly hard to describe—in the best way. The inside is so fun and full of personality that it really adds to the experience. The food was absolutely delicious, and I loved seeing gluten-free options on the menu. Such a unique spot with great vibes and great food. Definitely worth a visit.
