Nice place. Plenty of parking. Very clean. Great service. The food was ok. If you order wings I will suggest you ask for extra hot sauce or order the next level up. Last two times we have had medium wings and they were more like mild.

Cash only. ATM on site but I think the fee was $4+. You order at the bar and then the food is brought to your table. We had a large party of 12 and came for lunch. Sat in the back which was a little on the chilly side so wear layers. Bathrooms were clean. We came because we heard they have the best wings on town. Everyone in our party who ordered some said they were fantastic. I ordered the grilled cheese. It was undercooked so it was more like a cheese sandwich. But it was still good. Ordered boneless wings for the kids because they don’t have a kid’s menu. Kids enjoyed their food. Next time we come back to this area, we’ll be visiting again.

If you order online, expect to wait an extra hour to two hours. Horrible service. Absolutely horrible. I left a 15% tip online and I feel like they owe me 100%. This place is horrible. I’ve never been treated so bad in my life.

9/21. Oh, How the mighty have fallen! Used to be best wings anywhere. They were not great, just ok, a year ago. TERRIBLE this time. Not just bad, but gross. Ended up throwing 4 dozen wings in garbage! Not sure what is going on, but the wings were Tiny, Flavorless, Rubbery, and Gross. I guess real Elbow Room wings are gone and pass into legend. Shameful!!!

Large party family, in for a celebration. I went to the bar to put in the order for all of us. Been going here for years, but hadn’t been in much in the last few years. Not as good as they used to be. Wings looked freezer burnt and no sauce just at the bottom and mostly grease. 2 orders of French fries were literally tiny crispy bits with no flavor. Burger was a fraction of what it used to be and overcooked. Worst part was the bartender, Tim D. He was rude, condescending, dismissive, and impatient. I asked if they had baked potatoes, and he seemed upset that I would even ask and said nope don’t have any of those here. I ordered the salad with chicken and he didn’t like the way I said it so he corrected me. I tried to make light of the situation and joke with him, and he didn’t even crack a smile. It would have made sense if they were busy like they used to be on a Friday night but they weren’t. There used to be tickets lined up with peoples orders and tons of people coming in and out picking up their wings but the bar was empty. Literally two people sitting at the bar, one other large party, and about three of the booths had people in them. The young guys who brought our food out, were very nice and accommodating.

The Elbow Room has been my #1 place for buffalo wings for many years, since I can remember. However, when I order take out they have recently started serving their wings in a card board paper like oontainer without placing a sheet of tin foil or wax paper between the wings and the material, Since then I have stopped ordering from them. #1- It is unhealthy due to the adhesive chemicals in the cardboard paper like material that mixes with the wing sauce . #2- It creates a sloppy mess because the container becomes extremely soggy due to the wing sauce then quickly crumbles and falls apart by the time I get home in Horseheads which is between 5-10 minutes away. I don’t know if it is because they are trying to save money but regardless, bad choice….

Cash only. Good luck getting a drink or order in if there’s regulars there. They do have great wings though. Suggest ordering over the phone unless you are looking for drinks too.
