My husband and I were driving by Hillsboro’ Texas looking for some Menudo and Barbacoa tacos (cachetes). Found a hole in the rock, El Zarape Delicious food, flavor was on spot. Great service. Simple place with tasty food!

This place may not seem like much from the outside, but man let me tell you about their breakfast tacos and burritos! I always get them when I have a craving for something good in the mornings and I never skip out on their hot sauce! Their quality of meat is out of this world too. They have the best options from breakfast to dinner. All homemade and handmade.
