Was passing thru the area and staying at a nearby Hotel so decided to check out this little local bar… definitely a dive bar but that’s a compliment, was fairly quiet early evening but picked up as the night went on as they had Karaoke, very friendly locals who made me feel quite welcome…beer was cold and reasonably priced, don’t think they had a full liquor license, maybe only beer and wine…they do allow smoking but didn’t seem bad at all…a couple of Pool tables but had to be about the worst bar tables I’ve come across in many years, table wasn’t level and most of the balls had divots or chunks taken out of them, but still had fun playing a couple of games. Always a joy to find a nice little local dive bar and meet some friendly locals… would definitely enjoy returning someday.

Nicest place ever. We stayed overnight in Luling before the Texas Independence Relay and stopped by for a few drinks. The people were super nice and instantly welcoming to a group of out of towners. Beer was cold and reasonably priced. Music was banging. Hope to be back soon!

So I came to this bar. It is CASH only the atmosphere and service was good.. seems to cater to the older crowd of the town.
Bartender was good to me people were friendly . Only beer is served .
If you are visiting out of town a UBER WILL BRING YOU IN. But it won’t be available. At the end of the night the town is shut down at Midnight .I had to walk back to my room 4 miles away . In the rain. Long walk . Bring an electric scooter .
Make sure you KNOW THIS!
Learning experience but I would go back if I stayed in Luling again ROCK ON!

This is not a restraunt. It’s a beer joint. 2 pool tables, 3 TV’s, a traditional juke box- mostly Mexican/Latino music. DJ’s on Friday/Saturday
