“I had a fantastic experience during my first visit here! The food was exceptional—the grilled chicken was easily the highlight of the meal. Beyond the food, the service was some of the best I’ve ever received, specifically thanks to Miluska. She was attentive and professional, making the visit truly memorable. I will definitely be returning soon!”

The Peruvian dishes here are very authentic. We ordered chilcano (fish soup), lomo saltado y tallarin a la huancaína, and Warike jaleo (fried fish, ceviche and causa). All of them are delicious. The only feedback we have is the huancaina sauce for the tallarín is a bit too watery, and they could have made it a bit thicker so that the tallarín can taste even more flavorful. Overall highly recommend!

A true taste of Peru right here! The seafood dishes were outstanding — we enjoyed ceviche, arroz con mariscos, and leche de tigre, all bursting with authentic flavor. The lomo al jugo with huancaína noodles was also a must-try. Service was warm and welcoming, and portions were generous at very fair prices.
The restaurant is pleasant and intimate, so plan ahead — if you’re in a group, making a reservation is smart. Expect to wait 20–30 minutes for your food, but don’t worry, you’ll be treated to crunchy canchita to start. A wonderful spot to experience Peruvian cuisine — definitely worth coming back!

My family and I had a great experience there. The food is so good and the ladies were so professional. My food took more time than I was expected, but it was worth it. They were super busy and you can tell they were doing their best to make everybody happy. It is hard to have a business, I know they will improve on their time management.
My family and I found a great place to eat an authentic Peruvian food.

El Warique in Manassas is a true culinary gem. Its Peruvian cuisine is honest, intense, and full of flavor. Every dish reflects the passion and dedication of Chef Juan Diego, who cooks with heart and purpose.
The flavors are generous, balanced, and deeply rooted in Peruvian tradition. From the ceviches to the saltados, every bite captures the spirit of Peru —vibrant, soulful, and unforgettable.
El Warique is quickly becoming one of Virginia’s best Peruvian restaurants, a place where passion meets perfection and every meal feels like a celebration. ✨ Muchos éxitos!!!
