Service is almost a 5star, but I didnt want to say because I always get food to go.

Best tacos in town. 2nd best giant burritos (maybe tied for first).

Pretty standard restaurant look and atmosphere. But its always clean.

100% gotta try it

We ordered our usual a molcajete camarones a la Cora along with an aguachile verde de camarón. We have had this food before and never had an issue. The food this time was completely disappointing.

The shrimp in the aguachile was super raw, like they just grabbed them, threw them on a plate with cucumber and onion, and added a tiny bit of lemon. No seasoning, no flavor, and the shrimp were chewy from how undercooked they were. It honestly seemed like the shrimp never even sat in the lemon juice.

The molcajete meat was also tough and chewy, like it was barely cooked for a few seconds.

When we brought the issue to the manager’s attention, instead of acknowledging the problem, she kept arguing, saying the shrimp was “meant to be raw.” There’s a big difference between properly cured shrimp in lemon juice and shrimp that’s practically straight out of the bag. She was rude and dismissive, and at first said she couldn’t remove it from our bill. In the end, she did, but her excuse was that “the cooks don’t like when customers return food.”

If that’s the case, then the cooks should make sure the food is prepared properly in the first place. We’ve come here before and never had issues, but after this experience — the poor food quality, dismissive attitude, and unprofessional service — we won’t be coming back.

Authentic Mexican flavors in Dixon. Great find. Attentive servers and delicious fresh food. El Verduzco was even better on the 2nd visit. This time the cheese melted evenly and deliciously. Perfect chicken enchiladas with tasty refried beans and Spanish rice. Even payment was a ease. They use a QR code service that allowed me to scan and pay and tip from my phone. This place is becoming a favorite of mine. Highly

This was my first time eating at El Verduzco. While waiting for my car down the street, I looked up places to eat and it was one of the first ones and walking distance. No wait for table and was helped shortly. I ordered the breakfast steak and eggs. The food was warm and the meat was not seasoned much. I like mixing my food and once I added the rice, beans, eggs and meat with a little of the different hot sauces, it was good. I would like to come back and try the shrimp on a burrito.

I used to go here once or twice a week a few years ago and had take out while visiting a friend a few weeks ago. Still excellent. I would always ask for a Suoer Burrito by paying a bit extra and tipping a couple bucks in advance and they’d deliver a burrito that could feed 3-4 people. All their food has always been delicious with great portion size. The entire staff is always friendly. I’d recommend becoming a regular and you’ll never eat Mexican food anywhere else. They also have Live Musica very often.

I ordered some agauchiles and a Modelo, price came out to be 32$
Not usually the one to complain about the price of the food but this was just ridiculous. Besides the price, the shrimp were really good and the flavor was there, it just wasnt spicey like how they are suppose too.
