A great place to get food and drinks, especially with the Wednesday special, 2 for 1 margaritas. We were greeted with tortilla chips, salsa (individual bowls) and a bean dip with white cheese. The food was good, kind of reminded me of a Casa Ole restaurant. The prices were pretty decent and the service was great, especially the day before Thanksgiving.

Of all the Mexican restaurants in the area this is my favorite by far. Overall a solid experience. One of the best shrimp quesadillas I’ve had anywhere. Cocktails are hand curated. Thankfully the margaritas are homemade and not neon green like other local places. Vera Cruz is on our list of regular visits.

We stopped by the place for a quick lunch. It was past lunchtime, still busy with people. Due to covid pandemic, we did not dine in. Got our food ordered for the togo. However, from a sneak peek, it seems they are taking a good care of the dining rooms. Loved their food! We got four different tacos and a torta. They gave three types of salsas. One was freaking hot and the other two types were really good. I’m definitely going back.

This is by far my favorite restaurant in Starkville!!! I drive from Columbus to eat here. My dogs appointment got cancelled and the owner and employees were so kind to give him water and he even snacked on chips and bean dip Top notch customer service! And their food is so phenomenal!

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit here. The food was amazing, The staff was friendly and amazing, and I loved decorations and the live mariachi band that walked around the resturant and played for evey table. I have never had that much fun at a resturant before, and I look forward to coming back. I did not take pictures of the band from this phone, but yeah. Visit them and have a great time/meal.
