The place has awesome fajitas. It’s a little quaint place in Richmond and a family owned business. The service is excellent and the decor is beautiful. We were visiting for a special 3 day convention and ate here two of the evenings, as it was so good the first time. The bathroom was clean and the restaurant is very clean as well. The verde salsa is intoxicatingly spicy but oh so good.

First time here. Plenty of seating. Is Monday though. Wife ordered the cowboy combo. She was able to get some of all her favorites. Ordered the pablano fajitas. Sooo yummy. 8 year old daughter ordered the hamburger kids meal (of course kids come to Mexican restaurant and get a burger) didn’t try burger but fries were Hella good. Service was great.

Tried it for the first time, the service was great, honest critic of options. Ibhad the ElRey, dish with ribs etc and Burgers were big…we thought this was the old Rudis, but we were actually happy to try this out and we were pleased..give it a try, great food.

First time visit – someone brought me here for dinner. I was not expecting much when we walked in because it is so small and just not that appealing in ambience for dinner (for me). It is a basic looking small restaurant with booths lining the walls and small 4 tops in the center. Small bar and looks to be a relatively small kitchen. The lady who greeted us was very kind and engaging. Service was outstanding – I did not get our server’s name which is a shame because I would love to note him here but he was very attentive and helpful in answering my questions. We had beef enchiladas and the Laredo plate (which is a chicken suiza enchilada, taco al carbon, rice and a cup of tortilla soup. Everything looked as expected (looked like mass produced food) tasted decent except the tortilla soup – it did not taste as one would expect it to taste and I cannot truly describe the taste. I did not enjoy that. Other than that, it was a nice experience but also not somewhere that will sit high on my list of places to return.

This was the saddest meal I’ve had in months. They didn’t wast any time making me feel unwelcome. If they mean loud children running freely, screaming and carrying on is ” family friendly” they got it. The Chimichanga was not crispy the fajita beef was tough. The beer was cold and only $1.50… best part of the whole experience.
