It was some of the best Mexican food we have had in the bit. Everything was delicious all the way to the chips and salsa. We walked in and sat right down we order and the food came out in no time so so good. We will be going back to try other things. All the staff was friendly and just a nice atmosphere. The prices are reasonable and the food was excellent.

I went to El Vaquero with a friend during lunch hour, and we had a great experience. The service was friendly and quick, even though it was a bit busy. The lunch portions were generous and flavorful—we both enjoyed our meals. The chips and salsa came out fresh, and everything tasted authentic. It’s a solid spot if you’re craving Mexican food during the day. I’ll definitely be back!

I had a very bad experience here last night. First off all the food had to be store bought, it lacked flavor. My server was very rude. He took 20 minutes just to come take my order. I came with a friend as they walked to the restroom disappointed , the other server pointed to them and started making jokes with each other. My server also sent us to the front to pay instead of taking our check like he did his other tables. The manager was helpful. I did appreciate that. I don’t ever have to come back and it wouldn’t be a suggestion.

Recently went for lunch at El Vaquero for the first time. I have heard rave reviews over the years about this restaurant. I found everything to be good but in no way the best in the area. The service was exceptional for sure. Wait staff were very attentive and friendly. High points for service. The atmosphere was average clean for sure but nothing outstanding. The food was ok again nothing outstanding except the guacamole which was fresh and delicious and made table side. The beans and cheese were fine and the queso was ok as well. The chips were warm when they arrived which was great. Overall ok but didn’t match the rave reviews I have heard.

Delicious food! My partner and I got birria tacos and quesabirria tacos and both were so good! We came at a slow time so the restaurant was pretty quiet and the food came out quickly. My partner got a large frozen strawberry margarita and we were telling our friends about it all night, genuinely fantastic place!

I had an amazing lunch experience! As soon as we walked in, a friendly hostess warmly greeted us and promptly showed us to our seats. The restaurant had a vibrant and clean Mexican decor that made the atmosphere very inviting. Our server greeted us right away and brought us some refreshing water while we perused the drink menu. We decided on jumbo peach and raspberry margaritas on the rocks, and they were absolutely delicious – perfectly balanced and full of flavor. I ordered the chicken fajitas, and my dining partner had the barbacoa tacos, both of which were expertly prepared and bursting with flavor. From the moment we entered to the moment we left, we were thoroughly impressed by the impeccable service and delectable food. We are definitely planning to return for more wonderful experiences like this one.

Let’s just say I should of had Chipotle. We had birra tacos, nachos, street tacos, burritos and some “cheese cake” thing wrapped in a tortilla. Everything was trash! Presentation was bad. The food was cold and tasteless. I do not recommend. Doordash meal btw… save your money folk with taste buds.

We ordered take out last week. The food was not what I ordered and when i called they did tell me I could bring it back to exchange it but I was on a lunch hour. I specifically ordered corn shell items due to allergy and was given a burrito. The red sauce smothered most of our orders and tasted like italian spaghetti sauce.
