Stopped in for a quick lunch. Ordered Baja Seafood Tacos & Lunch chicken fajitas. Had a very soft spoken server who didn’t quite understand our order, BUT we were able to get it in & food was correct. We did wait a bit for our drink to be made. Not sure what happened there as there wasn’t many ppl in the restaurant at 12pm on a Thursday. Overall the food was good, drinks tasted good & they had a 50% off food special going. Will return for more.

This place was very nice. The esthetic of the restaurant is very nice. We were immediately seated upon entry. We had tacos, some lime chicken and a order of octopus. The food came out promptly. We were given a refill on our table chips and salsa also. They even had options that our kiddos didn’t second guess once told their options. Everything was nice about this place. The frozen mango margarita was the best. We will be returning again as a family. We will be returning as a family.

We met to celebrate a family birthday and Wow! Great food, incredible service and a few surprises with the entertainment! The atmosphere is so festive/lively and the staff went above and beyond to make it a fun and special evening. We felt so welcomed and will definitely be back!

The place is beautiful inside, their dessert cabinet was so gorgeous. The wait staff was young and kind but SLOW and my to go order was not ready even though I gor there 5 minutes past when it was suppose to be ready. I got a chicken fajita and asked for it to be extra cooked bc the veggies are usually never done all the way, it was not cooked extra. There was hardly any salt on and it the used grilled tenders not chicken breast, for 20 dollars, and the portion was super small compared to most mexican restaurants. The Queso was great but for 7 dollars I got a 1/4 bag of chips to go with it. Los Ponchos is worth the 5 minute drive down Colerain 10/10 recommend them to this place.

I had a disappointing experience at first, but the management at El Trompo went above and beyond to reach out to me personally. They reviewed the situation, addressed it with their staff, and made the effort to make things right. I’m not looking for a replacement meal, but I truly appreciate the professionalism and care they showed in following up. Their customer service speaks volumes, and I respect a business that takes accountability like this.

I can not explain enough how amazing this place is. Starting of with the most important the service!! My server was sooo amazing! She was great I don’t think I’ve ever been treated better! She had all the answers to all my questions. She knew exactly the plate I wanted with just telling her what I wanted! Her drink recommendation was the best!! The food is so delicious I could really taste the authentic flavor! Everyone just seems so happy and very satisfied I will be coming back! Thank you to my server GUERA!!!! She definitely deserves some credit!
