The best I’ve ever been so far!!! I moved from cdmx four years ago and I kept looking for a place who will bring same flavor and memories from home and this place just did!! A friend recommended it and after going I recommended as well to my friends. Is the first place where I definitely wanna try all the menu available and come back as often as possible! You guys rock! The ladies at the counter/ cooks are always in great attitude and so servicial.

This place by far serves the best Calso de Res I have tried thus far. My hubby takes me to try out many Mexican restaurants throughout the city and this Ma and Pa restaurant beats them all in food taste and service. I can’t emphasize enough how I enjoy going here. They have juices that they make daily, the Pipino is my favorite. After your meal, next door…literally connected to there restaurant is where you can enjoy homemade ice cream or other Mexican desserts. Also under same ownership. This place is truly a hidden gem.

My girlfriend had the fajitas and it was flavorless. I had the torta and it was mid. They used to have a salsa bar but it’s gone now most likely due to covid. Also, this place is waaaay over priced.

I LOVE TROMPITO. Been going here for years! I recommend it to everyone. The taste is always good, the staff is friendly. I love their tacos – especially the tripas 😉 (Beans in this photo not from them though, heh) If you’re craving actual mexican food, stop by here!
