The food at this place is decent, especially the breads which remind me of Peruvian cuisine back home. However, the overall experience is affected by the people that take the orders. Specially a woman who has a consistently bad attitude and rarely smiles or says thank you. Additionally, the food takes a long time to be served, even when the place is not busy. I have regretted going there during my lunch break or on my way to work because of the slow service. Not only that, the prices are quite high, and even a simple order of 8 breads and a few other items can easily cost over $40. It’s clear that customer service is not a priority for this bakery. It’s a shame that the customer service is lacking, and I hope a rival Peruvian bakery opens in the area to improve the overall service. Due to my experiences with the service, I rarely go there anymore.

It’s no use that the food they serve is very good when the staff who are there to serve the public is very spoiled, the lady seems not to like her work and even at the moment of leaving the return throws the money as if one was asking for the things for free and at the time of taking the order the same, not even the owners are so bad time it made me go through they really should improve their attention.

It was a Friday morning I came in very hungry,I ordered a bacon egg and cheese sandwich and asked for no cheese then the dish came with cheese so I had to give them back the bacon egg and cheese and the employee handed my sandwich back and I looked inside and it still had cheese.

When i got to this place, it was empty, i ordered a combinado dish it took 35 minutes to arrive. The dish had a little bit of ceviche, a lot of tallarine rojos with no chicken, and la papa a la huancaina had 3 slices of potatoes. It was ridiculous, all this for $22. I was so disappointed, I am not returning.

Savory and Sweet options are equally delicious! Next time I’ll get more empanadas to take home with me. I would also reccomend their toasted sandwiches on freshly baked bread!
