Do not sleep on their Birria Tacos! They don’t skimp on the beef and every single bite was a flavor bomb. Their consommé was seasoned to perfection. After I finished the tacos I couldn’t help but to drink the remaining consommé like it was soup.

We ordered through Door Dash and everything was tasty. My kids are happy which makes mom happy! I had Chicken fajitas and I added the shrimp. My kids had chicken quesadillas and rice. The pico de gallo and salsa had great flavor as well. We will order again sometime soon!

I have lived in many major cities around the world, including New York and Tokyo, and traveled all over the globe. I have never found a better burrito than the carnitas burrito here at El Trebol. I have a scoured the earth and all the burrito trucks and restaurants in hopes I could find something even remotely close to the deliciousness that they craft. But no. Never came close. It’s a tragedy. And I will be traveling back to Richmond for the rest of my life just for these burritos. You should too.
