Truck food, truck was very clean. Covered outdoor seating available. Phenomenal tasting food.
Better than any BBQ dine-in restaurant as far as flavor & price. Good portions too.
We had the Brisket sandwich, three meat quesadilla, mac & cheese, BBQ beans, and a sample of the turkey.
All meats were tender, juicy, full of flavor, & perfectly cooked, none of it was dry. The BBQ sauce had the right balance of sweetness & tangy smoky flavor.
Staff was attentive, kind, pleasant, & accomodating.
If you’re in the area, it’s a definitive must stop by.

Sent my coworker there today to pick up lunch for us. I had the Chicken sandwich, and my 2 friends had the grilled cheese. My chicken sandwich had an amazing smoke flavor but not too overpowering. It was a great compliment to the seasoning and BBQ sauces. It had both red and yellow BBQ sauce on it and it was incredible. Fries were great too but we all wish we had a little bigger portion of fries. My friends loved their sandwiches too, and although we were all very full the rest of the work day, we didn’t crash and still were able to get our work done efficiently. Great place for lunch. Gotta check them out. The food is incredible. We’ll be back while we are here working in the area.

We ordered a brisket, dirty rice, Mac and cheese, street corn and jalapeño cornbread for a dinner party of 10! Outstanding service, food and follow up! Everyone loved it and I would definitely recommend and give it all a 10 out of 10! And not to mention Chef Terrence is a retired marine so I love that I can support a small business owner who supported us!!

Tried this food truck at the Palm City Market and it worked out perfectly—I was able to order, pick up some groceries, and my food was ready right on time. The owner was super friendly and suggested I try the sampler with brisket, ribs, and chicken. The brisket ended up being my favorite—tender and full of flavor. The mac and cheese was creamy and delicious, and the collard greens had a little kick of spice. I took mine to go and enjoyed it at home, but I’ll definitely be back soon… especially for more brisket!

I got the rib tips with mac n cheese and collards. All three items are in the top 5 I have ever had. Everything was prepared perfectly and the flavor was amazing. If you want the best BBQ in the area look no further.

This is legit good food. I am very picky about BBQ as I smoke a lot myself, and I haven’t had anything bad here. The best BBQ tends to come from unassuming, roadside joints with a smoker, and this is no different. The owner takes a lot of pride in what he makes, and it shows. Meats are all good, as well as the sides.
My favorites so far are the ribs, brisket, and jerk chicken. For sides, the collards and mac and cheese are incredible. The homemade empanadas are also awesome, with a homemade sauce to dip in. Today I had a Baja rice bowl with jerk pork, it blew anything from Chipotle or similar, away.
He isn’t just limited to BBQ though — I had an incredible bowl of clam chowder a couple months ago, he clearly has a strong culinary background and turns out all kinds of good stuff.
The menu is constantly changing, there are always new specials, I usually try something new.
Stop by, place an order, drop into the local farmers market for a few minutes, and come out and get your food…you won’t be dissapointed.
