We came up from San Diego for a visit to Chino Hills. It was a hot and muggy day and we need to find a cool place to eat really good Mexican food and we found it! The restaurant is small but clean and staff is friendly. The food was delicious. The portions are generous, prices are good and the have a really nice salsa bar. We had beef crispy taco plates with rice and beans. Came with free chips and salsa. We will come back again next time we are in Chino!

My sis in law brought me to this place. What a find! We ordered the Carne Asada Fries that my son was raving about. He was right! It was worth the rave! I have the shredded beef street taco – it was so good! The shredded beef was so moist & succulent. My daughter & my sis in law ordered the potato taco – it had mashed potato in it, they both liked it. Complimentary chips & salad bar for more onions, lime or salsa. The salsa was so good with the chips! I had 4 helping of the salsa! Great & friendly service. Good food & great staff/service- winning combination

The family and I came to have lunch here and we enjoyed their wet burritos. Its a small little restaurant with good food. I would have gave it 5 stars if they would have offered some guacamole and sour cream to go with the burritos but they didn’t. Over all it was good and if happen to be in the area we will stop and eat here again. They also have good chips amd salsa!

The restaurant is clean and staff is friendly. The food was delicious. The portions are generous especially the nachos! The nachos can be split with 3 people. I also like the combo plate with let’s you choose up to 3 items! I ordered 2 kids meals, nachos, and a 2 item combo and it came out to $40

Good food and big portions. Kool spot for lunch or dinner with a lot of options. Great salsa bar, especially the spicy salsa. Free chips when you dine in.

Ate here about a 2 weeks ago and this place is really small however the owner is one of the nicest people you will ever meet and the food is actually quite good. The tacos were much better than I normally get at other restaurants.

Hands down the best Mexican food I’ve ever had absolutely delicious it’s authentic and always fresh I get El Torito Loco at least 3 times a month the taste is consistent and everything is good on their menu ! Love this place. The food is so delicious and the service is excellent. You can tell the owner (Veronica) cooks with love. Her welcoming smile brightens the place and you and your tummy will leave happily satisfied. BTW, the homemade chips are AMAZING! Warm, thin, crispy, and not greasy.

First time here. Saw it was a new place so checked it out with my sis. First the place is nice and clean. Second the people that was working was so very friendly! And third. Its very tasty! It was our first time. The food was well seasoned, in other words it was delicious. Service was good. The food was prepared in a timely fashion. The place was empty when we got there by the time they gave us our food it was packed.
