Ordered takeout and it was absolutely terrible! Pollo Loco was awful, chicken tasted like it was rolled in salt and was completely inedible, chips were stale and the salsa is like water. This will definitely be last on my list for Mexican food in the area next time!

Food was disgusting. Attitude from the waiter, who I think was the manager, was so unaccommodating and he was always right, no matter what I politely discussed with him. A terrible experience. Don’t let the 10 page menu fool you. Food looks nothing like the pictures! Worse Mexican food in town……

I admit they were a little busy but we ordered, my plate came in about 15 minutes which was a beer Chimichanga. My wife’s didn’t chicken breast over rice didn’t come for another 20 minutes. We got them to put it in a to go box because it took so long.

This place was really good, and the service was excellent, our waitress was so sweet to us and made sure our first time here was a memorable experience. Ordered tamales and this was how it looked when I opened it. I’m appalled that they would serve this to someone. The tamales were filled with fat and cartilage. I also ordered flan, but they gave me cheesecake instead which I am allergic to. I knew of this restaurant for 10+ years and never ate here until now. I’m really disappointed by the quality of food. They should be ashamed. I wish I would’ve checked my order before I left.

Best keep secret Mexican food in flowood! Great parking for big trucks and utility vehicles. Prices are best in town. Food is outstanding…they even have frozen treats in cooler up front!
