✨ Cleanliness: 100%
✨ Food: 1,000%
✨ Service: 2,000%
First and foremost—the salsa and chips. I can’t get over them! Every bite was heavenly, and that hint of cilantro (I think!) after each bite had me going, oh my goodness!!!
I ordered the Pescado Cancun—grilled salmon topped with shrimp and scallops in the most incredible sauce. It was so good, I found myself scraping up the sauce with my leftover rice to take home so not a single drop of flavor would go to waste.
The service was just as impressive. Ms. Esperanza took wonderful care of us, and on our way out, the friendliest manager, Oscar, greeted us warmly. That short conversation ended with an unexpected treat—I got to bring home their signature house margarita and (yes!) more salsa and chips.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Hands down, one of the best Tex-Mex dining experiences I’ve ever had. I’ll definitely be back!
Let’s start with the negatives. The lomo saltado rice and beans were not up to my expectations in terms of taste. They lacked the desired flavor and didn’t quite hit the mark. However, it’s worth mentioning that taste preferences vary from person to person, so others may still enjoy it.
On the other hand, the cassedia was a standout dish! It was packed with flavor, the cheese was gooey and melted to perfection, and the filling was scrumptious. It definitely left me craving for more.
The ambiance of the restaurant was cozy and inviting, with friendly and attentive service from the staff. The menu had a decent variety of options, and the prices were reasonable for the quality and portion sizes.I would definitely recommend giving this Mexican restaurant a try, especially for their mouthwatering cassedia!
PS. You won’t find better chips + salsa! Anywhere! I said what I said.
While waiting I was given free chips and salsa, The salsa was delicious. A little watery but very homemade tasting.
I got the taco plate and was very disappointed. The meat seem to have been overcooked, In the chorizo didn’t taste like chorizo, It tasted like how dog food smelled. I made a comment to the server about the off taste and she looked at me, smiled and said okay then walked away.
The restaurant wasn’t very busy at that time as I had shown up after the lunch rush.
Maybe they don’t do tacos very well and everything else okay but these tacos were thumbs down the worst tacos I’ve ever had. I think I’d have been better off going to Taco Bell across the street.
I don’t think I’d have been so upset if the plate wasn’t so expensive. This kind of meal should have cost less than $10 not $20 before tipping.
My only other complaint was when I was done eating I had to wait for about 15 minutes until my check could come to my table so I could pay to leave.
