We had a wonderful time! This is the second time we have been here and the food here exceeded expectations. The staff here were so awesome! We had Gloria and Karla and they were so wonderful. Karla was our recent server and she was so sweet and helpful! We will definitely be frequenting this restaurant! It’s nice having such a good Mexican restaurant nearby! I’ve gotten 2 of the authentic Mexican pizzas and I really liked them. My boyfriend ordered the pizza Birria twice he loved it so much.

We had the fajitas and burritos both were really good. Very tasty. The chips and salsa were very good too, just the right amount of zip to them. They have a nicely stocked bar. The waitress was very friendly and helpful with the suggestions. The menu on a computer tablet was a surprise but very nice.

A friend and I stopped in for a drink and a early dinner on a Sunday.
The place was clean and inviting. We were greeted by our friendly bartender, Ymoli.
She suggested drinks and what’s good for two to share.
More patrons arrived and the vibe was friendly and relaxed.
Long island ice tea was perfect as was the marguerita drink.
We will go back. Tuesday Taco night for sure.

Well this place has better food than some other Mexican restaurants in the area, unfortunately they need serious help on every other aspect. The atmosphere was very odd,almost like you went to eat at a friend’s house and they let their kids host it. It took 20 minutes to get our mixed drinks from a bar that didn’t have even one customer then I was brought a cup of warm tap water with no ice. One waitress is standing around scratching her scalp ,while some kid guy was walking back and forth dropping his phone, coughing in his hand then wiping his mouth before grabbing another tables drinks. There is so much going on in the dining room that I wasn’t sure if I was at an event due to the photo opp section they have set up,or in a souvenir shop due to the display of make up and key chains that you can purchase next to the kitchen. It is all over the place,they did a nice job fixing it up inside but I think the owner is trying too hard and has put too many different ideas in one place where they don’t fit. It was clear there is no floor manager,or anyone in charge at all. I heard one waitress tell 3 of her tables that 2 drinks were free for Father’s Day yet we were charged. They food was good but it all came out cold. All in all we will not go back,it’s a shame too cuz with a little bit of effort I believe this place could be very successful,until then we will have to keep trying to find a legitimate Mexican restaurant in the area. Best of luck with everything,your gunna need it…..i have 30 years of restaurant experience so I can pretty much see right away where things could improve so that you can be a success story,your food is the closest to authentic that I have had since leaving California 30 years ago,so no problem there,you just need to get better/trained staff and a GM,best of luck to you

My wife and I randomly stopped at El Tequila for lunch, and it surpassed expectations. The service and atmosphere were over the top. The atmosphere was fun, inviting, with lots of cool spots for pictures, and also near a creek with indoor/outdoor seating and a lot of natural light. The food was some of the better Spanish/Mexican food I have had more recently. Great place for a respite and bite.

Pleasantly surprised when we finally got around to stopping here. We loved the atmosphere and as expected for a tequila location there was an excellent selection of tequila. We sat at the bar, only issue was service was slow despite there only being 2 other couples there. The food portions were great and prices reasonable. I had the seafood taco salad and the crab was imitation crab but at that price you should expect imitation crab. Drink prices were reasonable. We will be back.

We tried a few entrees at lunch with the family and the food was very good, with abundant portions and well served. Service was very kind, but slow, it looks like they were missing people, it took some time for someone to receive us and then several minutes for the drinks and food.
I expected the place to be more lively being a Sports bar, but not even one TV was on. They seem to have more going on at night, as there were some disco lights and a DJ booth.
Prices are fine, a bit more expensive than other Mexican restaurants in tha area, but you get a bit more (full bar, larger menus, etc.)

What a great new place! Very cool and unique atmosphere. You can tell they put a lot of time, effort and money into the atmosphere AND thankfully the menu! Great authentic selection of Mexican food and other choices as well for people that somehow don’t like Mexican food. Amazing drinks, friendly staff and a good value. Check this place out, you will not be disappointed

This place is overall phenomenal. Me and one other person came here because we saw a deal for Taco Tuesdays and we figured, “why not try some things here?” I got 2 tacos, one chicken and one beef. Let me tell you that those were the best tacos I’ve had from a restaurant in a WHILE. Usually, tacos from restaurants wouldn’t seem authentic or well cooked, but this place is beyond that. Everything tasted real and I actually enjoyed it so much (as well as the other person) that we come here every other Tuesday for the food! From what I’ve heard, the Chicken Gorditos are amazing! (Also, try the tres leches, SO GOOD!) Besides the food, the overall vibe in the place is great. There’s a stand with a bunch of gifts and jewelry on display, there’s games you can play there, and it’s also very clean too! 10/10 place!
