Such a nice ambiance vibe…food was delicious, service was great very attentive, food was fresh and flavorful. Staff was kind and smiling when we walked in the door. Very inviting. Fried ice cream amazing!!!
This place is such a gem, the small tiled details, the beautiful artwork, gorgeous Sombrero, plants, and color scheme. A family friendly or friends day out, with the large bar, garage style doors with summer indoor outdoor space. Lots of parking and we always get seated right away. Second weekend in a row we visited my daughter cannot get enough of the chips and salsa and guacamole.

If you like massive burritos? Get the Burrito California. I love how the steak is smothered in cheese and the inside, with chipotle sauce!!

We were seated immediately. Chips and salsa were brought to the table. The SALSA was so watery it didn’t even taste like anything. We waited 15 min to order our drinks, we had ordered at the same time as drinks (obviously because it took so long for a server to even acknowledge us). We received our drinks (soda) 10 mins later. An hour goes by, we are all in disbelief that we haven’t received our food yet. We even went outside for 15 -20 mins. We received our food after sitting there for an hour and a half. They set the food down, my shrimp chimichanga was burnt. I couldn’t get anyone’s attention so I tried to eat it because I was starving by that point ( I ate the inside of the chimi ). This should not have been sent out in the first place! I mentioned the burnt food and how I wasn’t going to eat it or take it home (I was asked if I needed a to go container). STILL paid full price! No discount, No sorry, Nothing. Never going back.
Oh and their parking situation is ridiculous.

Could not say enough good things about this place. Not only do they make the best margarita in town, seriously try “The Owner,” but they also have incredible food. We ate here last night for the first time since they relocated and the food and service were as outstanding as ever. Not to mention the owner (the guy not the drink) is an exceptional host and took the time to connect with us on our way out and continues to impress us greatly with his hospitality. 10/10 El Tequila Salsa, you’ve got lifetime patrons in our house. ❤️

Excellent food selection. Great handmade cocktails. Great bar seating as well as meal seating. House tequila is awesome. Everything tastes fresh and is well-presented on every dish. The Owner works selflessly alongside his staff and runs one of the best restaurant businesses in the area. Highly recommend.

I just purchased a taco bar for my staff and was blown away. The tacos, nachos and salsa were phenomenal… The communication and purchase were easy and the owner (I believe) helped bring out to my truck and was extremely accommodating. I’m excited to come back and try the menus! the restaurant looks beautiful!

The food and service used to be great. This is the second time in a row with a poor experience. We ordered an appetizer, which took 25 min to come (shredded chicken quesadilla). It was cold when we got it. Our meals came 25 more minutes later. We ordered the appetizer and meals 5 min after we were sat. It should not take 45 min to get 3 meals, at a Mexican restaurant. There seemed to be no concern how long it took. We ended up getting our meals to go at that point.

Stopped here for lunch after a morning of snowboarding. Staff was super friendly and accommodated our group of 8 easily. All the food was fresh and delicious. Lots of margarita options and even yummy hot chocolate for the kids. Right near Granite Peak. Definitely recommend coming here!
