It’d be easier to navigate the menu if it had images but our server was a good sport and tried her best. I was happy with my final choices, presentation, taste and quantity. This was my first time Having Mexican cuisine and it did not disappoint.

We wanted to support an immigrant owned restaurant that is currently struggling. We opted for El Tejaban due to all the support they have done for the community. Today it was our turn to show them our support. I called ahead explaining it will be 15 of us having lunch. They were so accommodating. All the staff including the owner were attentive and gave us great service. All the food and drinks were delicious. Most guest were new to El Tejaban. They all were happy we chose this place to support and will be returning soon.

Hole in the wall restaurant. Came for brunch and we got shrimp and a burrito. There were a lot of tables seated so service was a bit slow. It was slow the last time I was there, so just be prepared to be patient. Food was tasty and worth the wait.

My family and I went to El Tajaban tonight, and it was absolutely a five star experience. The Litos Buritos pop up was available, and my burrito was full of flavor. Our entire family was impressed with the taste and quality of the food, ambiance, and service. We showed up with little kids, and our waiter was patient and graceful. We had a large table to ourselves, and we enjoyed our meal as a family in an open space. I personally loved the fun music and vibes. I hope this review inspires others in the metro to keep El Tajaban busy!

The vegetarian selection was limited, but the portion size was huge! I ordered one dish to share with my date, and that was filling. The guac and salsa were slightly bland, so remember to ask for a kick if you like spicy. The house margaritas were a good addition. The servers were very receptive and stopped by regularly to ask if we needed anything, so we felt well taken care of.

The taste of the food was fair.
The resturant had lots of spaces open.
There was music playing very quietly in the background.
There is an open parking lot in front of this restaurant that had available spaces.
The host/ waiter could have communicated more about what I wanted. For example I got water with ice, didn’t want the cold ice in October.
I didn’t see any Uber, door dash drivers show up while I was eating. So I’m not sure if you can order food to be picked up from here.
The French Fries were the favorite item from this meal.

Best guacamole AND queso EVER!!! Hands down! The food was excellent and the service on point. One if thee best Mexican places I’ve been to and we’re celebrating mothers day there as well! Don’t 4get to tip, preferably cash!

The place looked inviting so we stopped. The atmosphere was nice although not warm or super inviting. When we couldnt understand the menu and recognized nothing, we felt uneasy. When the server came to the table without chips and salsa, we knew we were not in a place that we would enjoy. People, if you want business, this is a standard for Mexican restaurants. Sorry that’s how I feel. We got up and left. We never tried the food and can assure you, we won’t.

Best Mexican food I have eaten so far. Excellent service, next level food. The flavors were authentic and the service was above and beyond. Fish, chicken fajita, tacos, nachos everything was amazing. And the ice cream with curls at the end was a cherry on top.
