We went to eat lunch here as we were hungry but we also wanted some Tres Leche and we got some. That was the main point of coming in was to get some Tres Leche which we loved. I definitely think it could be more milky/soggy as most traditional Tres Leche is but it wasn’t bad. The Coffee Tres Leche was my absolute favorite. Lunch was great too, my only complaint would be when it came to my Rellenos the cheese inside wasn’t melted like it should of been but I still ate it and it still was good. We will be back.

Ok, so I eat Mexican food easily 2 to 3 times a week, more when on the road. This is hands down one of the best!! Even the rice was perfect, moist and full of flavor, absolutely tough to find in a lot of restaurants! I had chips n Guacamole. The Guac was great, I had the Quesadilla Texana, so stuffed with steak,chicken and shrimp, peppers n onions and a killer queso. Wow, so frickin good no joke frickin awesome

This was my first time at El Taxco. The service was excellent. The waiter kept my drink topped off, something that I greatly appreciate in the service.
The entrees here are very good. The appetizers we got were less impressive for their price but still good tasting. When your plate arrives, I think you’ll be impressed with a very good looking meal. The only thing I would seek to improve is the salad. The ratio of lettuce to more flavorful parts (cheese/pico) made the salad the most “meh” part of the meal.
Overall for the price, the service feels on point, the entrees are good, and I think the side dishes and appetizers could be kicked up a notch.

This is my favorite place we go here every Sunday after church great service there. They will check on you every 5-ish minutes and 1-1000 they will get your order wrong, and when they do get it wrong they fix it quickly
