Really fun take on fusion sushi. Really great food and fun atmosphere. This place is popular for birthdays (8 were celebrated in the short time of our dinner!). It was very loud – I put in my Loops – and we did wait for a server quite a while.

I’m so disappointed at this point; most of their employees are awesome on their service but unfortunately it’s been multiple times that when I decide to place an order on the phone the waiting time is just ridiculous, 15 or more minutes on the phone is just so unprofessional. (Sadly that’s not my main concern).
This time I finally decided to write a review because multiple times they give me around 20-25 minutes after I place an order to pick it up and since we started trying “Tataki” at least 3 times including last night took more than 40 minutes waiting (they told me it was going to be prepared in 25 minutes) the worst part is that their food was cold. I live literally 3 minutes away from “Tataki” and from 1 ton10 only 3 times the food was not cold. That being said I kindly encourage you to find a solution to this situation, we couldn’t finish the food and the fried rice was cold but “ok” to eat (the amount served last night on the fried rice was a joke). But good for you because you keep making money.

Took them about 20-25 min to make two rolls to go. Spicy salmon and Nacamura. The cost was 40$ with minor tip. I believe you come here for the vibes, it was a loud and dark restaurant, so hard to see and hard to hear anything. Great place for a fun night out with lots of family or the girlies.

We’re not crazy experimental w sushi, but everything here was exponentially better than anything I’ve ever had (even the chicken fried rice of all things!). Daughter had a crunchy roll and I had something called the JoJo….both were great….only wished I tried the jalepeno appetizers featured

After a 4 minute wait caused by the non- verbal hostess she never made eye contact or any communication as she seated us at our table the we waited about 5 minutes before WE greeted a server and ordered waters.
The server made several trips to the neighboring table because we was a Untrained server.
We were a party of 5….all ordered at the same time but 1 in our party received thier dinner almost 10 minutes earlier than the rest but get this the server tried to explain that this was do to chicken cooking faster than the Sushi prep….he actually had no idea to put the chicken order in later to make all come out at the same time. Couldn’t keep up with our drinks and water being filled much less our orders…..many busssers just standing around. Non- English-speaking manager was no help but noticed the office door opened when I went to the bathroon…no one around. Good thing I am a good guy….food was fantastic. Service sucked. Left zero tip on a 235 tab. Sucked that bad. Loud …to loud hard to talk.

The atmosphere was relaxed and not too loud, and the hostesses seated us right away, which we appreciated. We arrived around 9:15 PM and understand it was getting close to closing time. However, when our waiter came to the table, he didn’t greet us or say welcome he simply informed us that the kitchen closed at 9:45. The tone felt a bit off from the start.
We ordered our food and drinks, and although everything came out fine and the food was good, he only checked on us once during the meal. After we finished eating, we paid the bill and that was it no thank you or goodbye. Overall, the service felt unwelcoming and unprofessional, as if we were an inconvenience.
The food was definitely enjoyable and I would come back again, just not in Tito/Francisco’s section

Hadn’t been here in a good minute, but decided to give another try for dinner. Greeted by two friendly hostesses, seated immediately. Waiter came by shortly after, polite and attentive and all smiles. Got our drinks within minutes, the ice cold mug of Sapporo was perfect just as he suggested! Appetizers and rolls, original with mouthwatering presentation and tasted even better. Here is where they lost me though. 40 mins went by before our waiter came by again. It’s wasn’t that we didn’t see him, but he was zipping around in fast forward mode attending to 10-12 tables all by himself. My frustration wasn’t with him, it’s with the management. Poor guy, while he was at our table running my card someone was in his ear rushing him to get to the next table. Management also lost out on the additional to go order I was going to place 20mins earlier. Thank you Lonestar waiter for great service!
