They sell an $11 44oz margarita! That should be enough for you to check the place out! We tried the “skinny” grapefruit margarita and it was very tasty. The food was excellent. I enjoyed the two hard tacos with pico and it was delicious. And the homemade chips and salsa were extremely tasty. We would definitely return. Be forewarned that you are served bottles of water vs glasses of water so no free drinks.

Food was good and restaurant was clean. Prices were cheaper than the competitor across the road. Service was the absolute worst I have ever had. Queso was brought out with my food. They only have bottled drinks or alcohol. I asked for salt twice and never got it. They nickel and dime you if you want more salsa. The burrito I had was delicious and I wish that other place would have one fixed the same way. Be ready for the slowest service ever though.

I love this place. It’s never super busy and the food is great. The drink specials are always on point and the service is great- the staff love this place!! I’m vegan and I can still eat well here. AND DRINK! 🙂

Me and my friend find this an excellent place for our usual Hangout. The waitress has been extremely good, she is very kind and polite, and she does an excellent job. We’ve been going to this place for several years, and it has maintained its quality and authenticity quite well. Food always tastes good and comes out searing hot and fresh. I just love this place.

El Tarasco is a hidden Gem in the food industry, I rate this restaurant A 10 out of 10 unfortunately I can only give 5 stars, the food is authentic,The staff is polite and very welcoming, in all of Louisville this is by far the best restaurant I have ever eaten at. I highly recommend this place to everyone and it dose put all other Mexican restaurants to shame El Tabasco thank you so much for the amazing Experience

I ate at this place with my family and I have to say we didn’t wait very long and people were singing very amazing the energy was honestly pretty good. Food was worth it I left that place fat. Great place to eat with your family food was worth it.
