I quit going to the El Tap in Raleigh because the customer service is horrible. However, this location is the total opposite. The food is just as good, and the customer service is great. The only thing better in Raleigh are the margaritas, but the RM location’s drinks are good.

1st time eating here. I ordered the chicken and spinach dinner and it was yummy. The service was above and beyond. For a real experience in Mexican food try this first. I felt like I was in San Antonio because the taste was reminiscent of my visit. The food was so good I will be back again. Thank you for a job well done today.

After reading other reviews we decided to try this restaurant. So happy we did. They have an extensive menu with reasonable prices. The portions are large with authentic flavors. Definitely try the fresh guacamole. Amazing! We weren’t able to order dessert because we were full. Maybe next time. We also noticed a large number of items available on the lunch menu for only $6.25. You can’t go wrong with that.

We visited for a Birthday party the staff was very accommodating due a last minute change in plans they took our party of 15. The server was very prompt and made sure we were aware of all the drink specials. The food came out fairy fast and was hot and great. They made sure that they paid attention to everyone’s allergy notifications when preparing the food. The drinks were very good. Thank you Chris for accommodating us!!

Entered the location and was never greeted as we waited to be seated—even the person who appeared to be a manager didn’t offer a greeting. We were taken to a table and still no greeting. Brought tortillas and salsa still with no greeting or friendliness. At this point, we decided to leave. Was excited to try this location, but the poor customer service was a turn off.
