The food is very authentic and affordable. It’s nice to have the family eat here because nobody is disappointed, kids included! I haven’t had something I haven’t liked. My favorite right now is the birra tacos. Yum! I took pictures of their menu for your convenience! Enjoy!

Disappointed ☹️. This was an Uber eats delivery on 10/26/25 for a staff meeting and none of us got to eat. There was hair in the food. All the food was soggy as though it wasn’t properly cooked. The quesadillas only had chicken in them. No cheese, no nothing but just soaking wet and doughy. Also, when you have people who have food allergies…It is important to label food. How do I know which chicken burrito has no beans and no onions? And I was told oh we don’t label food here. That makes no sense to me. I immediately called the restaurant and filed a report with Uber eats. Not to mention I was missing one set of quesadillas so I spent over $55 with no food to eat. After the staff meeting I drove to the other side of town to speak to management. I spoke to more than one employee. A lady…first initial S took my information and stated the manager would call me. I was hoping that they would refund my money because this is a health violation and I was seriously thinking about calling the health department. How do you serve food like that and you piled four or five trays in a bag. Even the complimentary chips and salsa were soaking wet. Okay you can say it was the delivery driver but even when I opened up the food itself it was doughy and soggy. The order itself should have been in two separate bags. That was too much that was ordered for it to be crammed into one bag. Makes no sense to me but okay. Upon arrival at the restaurant I bought the food back to them so that they could see the condition and what type of food that they had sent out on delivery. Let me say this. I love Mexican food. I know what it looks like. I know what it tastes like and also the restaurant interior is amazing. It’s beautiful but that has nothing to do with the food. Just beware of what you’re eating. I kept the food in the trunk of my car because I’m seriously thinking about taking it to the health department to have it evaluated. That’s how bad it was. I had to put the food in a separate plastic bag because it was leaking so bad . Uber eats has not refunded my money because they say that I’m 2 days past due. How can that be when I reported it the same day and I went to the restaurant the same day? Management has yet to call me and to say you will cook the food again for me? The meeting is over. We didn’t get to eat plus there was hair in the food. No thank you. I want my money back! Lack of concern.

Came here for lunch. We’ve been to other locations of this franchise and this one is just like the others– fun, if standard, atmosphere; good, if standard, food; and decent service. Actually, the service was the only thing that was a little below standard here. Our server wasn’t terrible, she just seemed unhappy and we had to ask for–and wait for–our refills. I had the lunch flautas and they were slightly overcooked but they were seasoned deliciously. My meal was supposed to come with sour cream but it was nowhere to be found and the server never came around for me to ask for it. The fried rice was too salty but it wanted to be well seasoned under all the salt. I want to give four stars but this meal was a solid three.

The Camerones de Chipotle are chef’s kiss! The choripollo as well! Full of flavor in each bite with a very respectful portion of the sides. If I could change one thing though, it would probably be the tortillas they give. Other than that everything was great! Would definitely come here again.

Waiter was nice and prompt. The environment was good. Food was horrible. Red sauce tasted of the Chef Boiardi raviloies it was drained off of. It was nice to see vegetarian options, until it came out. I could make the exact same meal from the dollar stores grocery aisle. The only positive was the learning experience of never coming back. Go to El Jimador save yourself and your taste buds.

My husband and I came and ordered a pickup order. We both got California burritos. Paid $34. He got just chicken. I got chicken and steak. The burritos were filled with green Peppers and onions. No seasoning. No taste. Just bland. You might as well said we had vegetable burritos. We had very little to no meat and they charged me extra for the steak. And trust me I read reviews and I know people can exaggerate. But there is no exaggeration here! I am under doctor’s order, so I’m not able to cook right now so we decided to just pick up something. We both were very disappointed my husband wouldn’t even eat his. We won’t be back!

We went last night and it was dead at 730. Me and the wife have gone here for years although it’s been a few months since the last time we went. First off let me say what Mexican restaurant has the nerve to charge extra for chips and salsa? That’s included at everyone I’ve ever been too with unlimited refills. Second they charged for soda refills and the food was blah. My wife got grilled shrimp with rice and the gave her chicken. Then when they remade it the shrimp was ghost white. It definitely seems they are catering to an unseasoned palate. Because my steak and chicken fajitas was all sizzle and not seasoning. Very disappointed.

The service was great, the food was very good and had big portions of steak and chicken. The atmosphere was good. The restaurant is a bit smaller. It’s a good place for lunch or dinner with family, friends or business.

It was such a nice place. We had a dinner here. We liked the food was so great. We also enjoyed how they served us. Every few minutes they were coming back to check on us, which was more amazing. Can’t wait to visit this place again when I visit Raleigh, NC.

Super friendly and active atomosphere for a Tuesday night. Nice service as well. Spinach and chicken enchiladas were amazing and m’lady’s vegitarian enchiladas were great as well. Wasn’t as big as a fan of the cheese one.
