Fast, friendly service. Everything we tried was solid. Our son loved his beef taco plate. My fish tacos were great as well. Even the complimentary chips and salsa were delicious! Great for families and large groups. We’ll definitely be back!

In Medford for business for four days. Asked for best Mexican food and margaritas near me on Google maps and this place came up. First review I read said if I’m anywhere near this place Medford and the restaurant I’m stopping to drink margaritas best ever. I 1000% agreed with the first person who reviewed it and said that and I did go to school. I know there’s only 100% but I’ve been drinking these margaritas so give me some room. If you’re ever in Medford stop at this Mexican restaurant and just order a house margarita or your favorite brand or whatever. Food, drink, and service really top notch.

We had such a great experience at El Tapatillo. I ordered the Coronarita and a banana blended margarita both were amazing. I also had the quesabirria, and it was absolutely delicious. Everything tasted authentic and full of flavor. The atmosphere was welcoming with good music, and the customer service was excellent. This place reminded me of home and I’ll definitely be coming back to eat here again.

Excellent flavor. Really nice spices. The enchiladas are excellent, ample filling. A little stingy on the sauces.
Service is “normally” excellent. One female server does much better when her friends are not patrons… spent a lot of time visiting instead of filling drinks and salsa.

This is my favorite Mexican restaurant in Medford! Very authentic and delicious! Service was fabulous and they felt left family! 10/10 definitely recommend! Also prices aren’t ridiculous. And the drink are strong and not that expensive. You don’t have to buy like 2-3 drinks to feel a little buzzed. One drink should do even if you have a higher tolerance!

The only reason for a 1 star is they added a tip to the cost on my credit card when I never authorized it I gave a cash tip they decided to add themselves another tip without my authorization I will be filing a criminal complaint against this place adding tips to someone’s card without there authorization is theft and a crime we will not return to a place that steals from there customers

Stopped here for dinner while driving through Medford. It was a pleasant surprise to have some good Mexican food at El Tapatio. The bean dip was a nice addition to the typical chips and salsa. Portion sizes were good and the shrimp in the burrito were cooked perfectly. I’m not a big fan of sauces on top of burritos but that’s a personal preference. While tasty, I would ask for it on the side next time.
