Got what the guy recommended. It was late looked closed. Rice pork guaq fresh jalapeño refried beans. Beans no flavor Luke warm. Meat was tasty rice was ok guaq tasted fresh Most importantly no stomach issues so I know it was clean food. I’d try something else next time. No refried beans. No fresh jalapeño they tasted like old fridge no heat. I did get hot sauce that tasted good. Extra hot version was mild to hot ish.

Take a break from interstate driving and stop. It’s in the truck stop and it’s super nice and clean easy access back to interstate. Best made fresh to order Mexican food! Chipotle is garbage compared to this place. Chef on grill cooking food to order. The salsa is fresh and delicious. The queso and the food are amazing. It’s a little pricy but well worth it. I can’t wait to come back

totally awesome. The girls are really good. There was only one night getting there at 7:30 starving to death couldn’t get any food, but I did get chips and salsa when I couldn’t get food. It was cause the COOK said she wasn’t feeling well, but it looked like she was there till closing

Quesa-birrias don’t look like much, but so good. Everything tastes fresh made. Got 3 tacos, chicken al pastor with pineapple, barbacoa and carnitas. Went a little heavy on the toppings but put the stuff that fell off on the chips. $38 for the 2 meals and chips/cheese/salsa and a Mexican coke.
They do accept the ultra one credits, so that was a nice surprise!
Seriously some of the best Mexican food, definitely at a truck stop, but even beats every taco truck we’ve stopped at…and we stop for taco trucks often.

What a find! The food was fresh, delicious, and so above the norm. I had the three tacos, ribeye. Hubs had a chicken burrito. Both were more than we could finish. Y’all. They make their own tortillas. So good, thin, perfect!

Reason for 4 stars is I ordered a Ribeye steak burrito thinking it was going to be full of meat and it somewhat was had a little more grissel and Fat than meat,the flavor cilantro was fresh,onions,cheese,black beans,green peppers was flavored great the burrito bread fresh,after they make it then they put it back on the grill for 2 minutes.
