This hidden gem is a must-visit for anyone craving authentic Mexican restaurant.. The restaurant may be small, but the flavors are huge. I stop by at least once a month and am always impressed by the freshness of their ingredients and the warm hospitality of the staff.

Had carnitas torta and French fries. Carnitas made with pork loin instead of shoulder, and not really crisped up, so more like a mexican pork loin sandwich, but flavor was really good, I liked the telera. Big portion of fries. Good spot for a bite in an area there isn’t much.

Met someone on business there and he invited me to breakfast. It has 5 small tables and a little kitchen, and surprisingly, I’m stopping there again one day. The only drawback is that they don’t serve organic eggs, as a matter of fact, I haven’t found one restaurant that does. We got lucky and got the only table left as a couple walked out. I had a Mexican breakfast and it appeared that tacos and menudo were popular items on the menu.

This place has never disappointed the quantity moderate but the quality is where it is at! Servers have always been nice an attentive. The only thing is that the inside is very small but they do have a drive thru window as well.

I have been disappointed with the food I ordered last couple of times here. Last time ordered the fajita nachos. Which was recommended to me by a friend. They were the most expensive item in that category. And I don’t know if it was because I came there before closing? But the beef was old and dried out. The very little that was on there. The chips were stale. And the it seemed like a mini order. I thought it would be much larger. They barely put anything on them. And I basically ate 3 chips and threw away the rest. But $21 for nachos and chiles rellenos dish. I was definitely disappointed. Will not be returning.
