Had a little date night here. The food was delicious. We had the Hawaiian fajitas for two and still had leftovers. The service was good, and the prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend this restaurant.

I was practically dying of starvation in this town. I moved here about 6ish years ago. Walmart groceries are gross. I was sad when Valley Meat Market closed down 🙁 There’s nothing else around here that I find myself craving or going out of my way for. This is a small town with nothing to offer as far as good eatin’ goes. Sorry, PV. I really do love it here. This little town is great. I’m just HUNGRY
WELL!!! Thank my lucky stars Tapatio is here!!! I have So Many excellent things to say:
First of all, their staff is the BEST. We always, Always have the same waiter and he is top notch! Big shout out to Amilcar for always providing friendly, fun & perfect service! This place really has their ish together! I wish all of the businesses around town ran as seamlessly as theirs. Also, you may see a young lady, Vivian, at the counter when you walk in.. she’s So Nice! She will take great care of you & your family. I had the wonderful pleasure of working side by side with her briefly in the past at another establishment, and it was a treat to see her here.
The FOOD:
I have tried it all! The tilapia, shrimp, steak, beef, chicken, tacos, burritos, fajitas, vegetarian dishes… you name it. Everything is smoking hot & incredibly fresh & flavorful! The portions are Huge! My husband and I are always left super stuffed with plenty of leftovers, and you just can’t beat their prices when every single thing here is a 10 star rating.
They always have incredible drink specials, and there’s so, So much to choose from their alcoholic beverages, and from the food menu. I have eaten here a handful of times, and I’m confident I can eat here every week for the rest of the year before I’m able to try Everything.
Anyway… I could go on and on. Close the reviews, hop in your car already and GO. You’ll be glad that you did!

Yoooo!!! If the original salsa that is served with their tortilla chips isn’t hot enough for you, I HIGHLY recommend (beg) you to ask for the spicy green sauce!!! The heat is On Point for those that LOVE spicy food like we do!!! We mix it with the queso & it’s so damn good, we HAVE to order it every time we dine here now. It’s a “Must Have”! If you didn’t know of its existence, well now ya know! Lol you’re welcome 🙂 the photo has been added to this review as well for reference.

Ordered to go. Went to pick it up 10 minutes after they said it would be ready but had to wait another 10 minutes because they said it wasn’t ready yet. We were really excited to try this place. When we got home to eat the food we found that they didn’t give us the guacamole dip we ordered and paid for. They also didn’t give us the tortillas that were supposed to come with the chili Verde. The beans were bland and tasted like they came out of a can. The rice was bland- no seasoning on anything. What a shame. When we get Mexican food we expect spice and flavor. The portions were quite small for the money which was disappointing. I read other reviews that said they ate inside and had huge portions. I ordered the taquitos which was supposed to come with guacamole, sour cream and lettuce. Unfortunately there was barely a dollop of sour cream and less then that of guacamole and the taquitos himself were so drenched in oil they were almost soggy. The cheesecake was delicious but the portion for that price was again very disappointing and again the whip cream garnish was barely a thin smear, not even enough to dip a bite of cheesecake in. Highly disappointed.

Another fabulous night at El Tapatio 🙂 A 5 star review well deserved! Service was impeccable. Food was Hot & Oh So Delicious! Virtually no wait time, and Amilcar is fantatsic as always. The pictures consist of freshly made guacamole, queso, bottomless salsa & chips, a Huge steak fajita quesadilla that was so big, I had to eat it with a knife & fork Lol I honestly can’t say I’ve ever had a quesadilla that I couldn’t just pick up and eat with my hands.. freakin’ awesome. The 3rd photo is the combination beef & chicken fajitas (the tortillas are out of camera view, but were served warm & to perfection), and accompanied with the usual rice & beans- yum! Get you some!!

We came here again a couple of weeks later, and AGAIN I highly recommend dining here. I added more photos for reference. The additional pictures from today’s experience include their Awesome coronarita, the carne mexicana dinner (seasoned beef chunks and peppers smothered in ranchero sauce & served with rice, beans & corn tortillas), and the cheesecake chimichanga (chilled, delicious cheesecake filling in a warm cinnamon & sugar tortilla with 2 dollops of whipped cream)

The service was great. The food was absolutely fantastic. Chips are yellow corn chips and were fresh and not HARD just nice and crisp. The rice had a very nice flavor to it. The homemade tortillas are soooooooo good. We will continue to come here❤️

White cheese sauce (name on menu) is the white sauce you can find at walmart in the can but watered down. Doesnt even thicken up as it sits on the table cooling!
Meal was very basic. Rice boring. Beans are just beans blended, no salt pepper or anything added. Just beans, and must be canned due to them not even tasting like good beans.
Just know its a very blah food. Not horrible but wont be the flavorful fun mexican food you expect.

First off sat down for about 15 minutes before any chips and salsa or drinks. Food came out after about 45 minutes(for 2 of us and the other one had to wait 15 more minutes). No silverware in site! Asked 4 people for a fork or a boon. I had to eat half my meal with my pocket knife and a chip. After all that, we sat there for another 30 minutes waiting on the check. Our table was cleared and cleaned before we could pay. I had to beg multiple people to pay for mediocre at best food. If you want to be ignored and there for multiple hours this is place! Good TVs for football! That’s about it!

Firstly, the food was amazing. The portions were very large, much more than my wife and I could share. I felt blessed for getting hooked up. They have real authentic queso, not all watered down, but very cheesy and delicious. The steak fajitas wer cooked to perfection as was the shrimp. The chips were crunchy and fresh. Definitely eat here if your in town.

Food was disgusting and when i tried to tell them i didn’t want it they just kept tryna to fix the problem but i just didn’t like anything about my meal! And no i did not take more than 1 bite! Im not a Karen but i am definitely broke and i had a little money that was wasted on nasty food! And a lady worker sat there the whole time and stared at us while we tried to eat the food and just talk to each other. Plus it took us over 8 minutes before anyone evem asked us about drinks
