I came to order food and the lady who took my order had an ugly attitude like if it’s my fault she’s was working. I was trying to be nice by saying Hola and she just stared back at me. Then when she handed me back my change, she didn’t even hand it to me right. she dropped some changed, and she just handed me my food without saying anything. What type of people are working here ? Why do you have to be so rude to your customers?

Ive been wanting to try the tacos for quite some time now. I knew when I went that they were American Tacos with the hard taco shell instead of mexican tacos so bo disappointment. The tacos were filled with ground beef with the orangey taco seasoning. They were served w a side of Spanish Rice and refried beans. It was good. I was told I should have tried the burritos instead.

After waiting at the drive thru window the girl finally looked up from her phone and walked over to the window and spoke no English. I tried ordering and she didn’t understand me and I finally drove off. The food is decent but the service is terrible and possibly the worst in Odessa.

We’ve gone to Taco Tako SINCE it Opened and TODAY right before 12pm 11/26/024 My son and myself went in and Were behind 3 other guys then 5 more came in and as it came up to OUR Turn? The Woman who works the front in the morning was EXTREMELY RUDE. She tells my son for US to scoot over because the other 5 we’re with the first 3 guys and I asked her “were they all on the same ticket”? She said NO in which I told her then it’s Our turn and She says ” No because they all work at the same place”!! Smdh. NEEDLESS to say? We Left!!! She is going to have them lose a lot of customers this way. I Will place a Report as My Nephews knows the Owner. This as Uncalled for.

Went to odessa for the first time and found this hidden gem and let tell you the food was delicious, the staff was friendly and helpful and the prices were great will definitely be going back to this place when we’re in odessa again. If you’ve never eaten here do try it you won’t be disappointed. Highly recommend this place.
