If you love canned beans, cold food, and being ignored, this is the spot for you! The fajitas on the botana were room temperature at best and they were over cooked and too thin as well. Once our waitress dropped off the botana, we didn’t see her again. I could hear her laughing it up in the other room though with coworkers….. I should have taken the empty parking lot as a sign…….

Sunday lunchtime. The restaurant was half-full. Many servers so there was no waiting time. Cucumber lemonade was really tasty. Enchiladas were served hot and just as described. Our server was friendly and helpful to us. Location has a good amount of parking spaces

I eaten here before to it was delicious. But today I ordered ponchos and caldo de res. It was terrible the caldo only had two pieces of meat also very little rice. The ponchos were terrible also no pico de gallo it tasted so plain. Won’t come back again!!!

Nothing on the menu stands out as unique. It’s like so many other Mexican restaurants here in the valley. But the food is good and the service also. You’ll enjoy your meal and, at the end of the day, that’s what you come for. UPDATE: I’m not changing my rating for the restaurant as a whole, but I don’t recommend the Pescado al Mojo de Ajo.

I moved here to Edinburg about 4yrs ago and have tried Barbacoa at many different restaurants and this place tops all the other places hands down! All their food is quality. You won’t be disappointed.

Stopped by for breakfast with friends after a rucking event. We were greeted and quickly seated, coffee and drinks were brought out quickly and our order was taken in a timely manner. I ordered two breakfast tacos, which came out fast and were very tasty. throughout our stay, the server came by to check on us and kept our coffee full. All in all, a very good first experience here.
